It’s not quantity my friend, its quality. Firstly, You might have American fire power, but that is nothing without spare parts. Coming from a oil and gas producing country (Canada) we know that prices are the product of many things including: the grade and the quality of the oil or gas which determines the refining costs and the usage; the transportation costs; the infrastructure costs involved in transporting the oil or gas and the exploration costs.
