61. The chief of IAEA??? HaHaHa
Rozie   (04.04.11)
So he was the impartial chief of IAEA. He claimed that Iran has NO nuclear intentions. What a LIE. What a LIAR???? And Obama, Soros and the US administration praise this person. Soros & friends should be charged with treason.
62. If this Drek is PM, then we can expel the Azatim to Egypt
Tomer   (04.04.11)
Which is where they belong. Then, annez Aza and rebuild Gush Katif. Feiglin for PM
63. #49 Nour
Jay ,   USA   (04.04.11)
Hey Ignoramus! Suggest you go back and read #41. You think Tel Aviv cares if Egypt opens the Rafah Crossing to allow Gaza's frightened citizens to flee their oppressive so called government. Just make sure you're ready for a Civil War when those thuggish oppressors follow them and turn Egypt into another Libya. Obviously you've never served in the military like your countrymen who have to fight and die because of idiots like you! They'll certainly wish Tel Aviv "gave a crap"as will you when Hamas comes to visit your neighborhood.
64. Obama Lost the M.E.: Israel to Pay the Price
EZ ,   US   (04.04.11)
How coincidental that under Obama, the whole of the middle east is in complete turmoil, terrorist organizations are at the ready to take over and Israel is left to confront these issues alone. If Obama is not Anti-Israel and pro-Muslim terrorist, Arafat was the wods most gentle human being. There are more than just "fishy" policies with this guy: he's blatantly involved in terrible things. And to think that he's just opened his re-election campaign!!! A Erica: WAKE UP!!! Anyhow, Egypt is heading into the crapper: the Arab/muslim world never lear s; in every war they have to cry out to the UN to stop Israel from overrunning their countries. However, this time it is highly unlikely Israel will heed the UN's pleas and whichever Arab country engages Israel in an existential threat will meet an end they probably should have met a long time ago. Israelis: get ready for summer in the Sinai: it's about to fall I to your hands!!!!
65. To #54
Edward ,   Savannah, USA   (04.04.11)
It wouldn't do Israel any good to re-take Gaza and Sinai as they would just re-negotiate it BACK to Egypt and Hamas for another worthless "peace treaty"!!! What Israel NEEDS to do is to put everyone on NOTICE..the U.S., U.N., Russia, the Quartet, the E.U. and especially Jordan, Egypt, and Syria that the next war will be for KEEPS, that the winner will NOT negotiate any territory taken by an act of war. Of course, this would never happen with any of the current government running Israel. Wishful thinking!!!
66. Close Gaza border and guive back Gaza to Egipht.
ROSENVALD ,   BRASIL   (04.04.11)
67. #49 Nour - you're still not the brightest light
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (04.04.11)
Israel doesn't have to attack 23 countries, who by the way, will never unify their forces to attack Israel, since the brothers don't get along very well with each other All Egypt has to do is attack, just hope she doesn't, she'll get the crap kicked out of her just as she did in every war she started against Israel Too bad they you never toured the Mitla & Ghidi passes, which contained a vast junkyard of destroyed Egyptian Military equipment and where thousands of Egyptian's lost their lives If you had, you wouldn't be quite be so anxious for another repeat of an Egyptian defeat In a fight, you knock out the biggest Bully, in this case, Egypt, the rest will run for the hills, just as they have done in every war they waged against Israel But, what the heck, you’re merely a bystander, it’s no blood out of your body or skin off you nose If you're really enthusiastice, seek the nearest recruiting office of a faction you favor, shut up & enlist !!
68. Egyptian 44 / Your post could be...
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (04.04.11)
the dumbest one on this board. Are you in a hurry to get beat by Israel again?
69. # 44 Israel Has Nukes
Thomas ,   US   (04.04.11)
Why don't Arabs believe they will use them?
70. Fight for Gaza
Rafi ,   Montreal, Canada   (04.04.11)
Mr ElBaradei....you are indeed a poor politician....Only Gazans can stop a war on Gaza...ask them, they will tell you!...they know how. This is similar to Israel bombarding Egypt and the US warning you to not dare defend yourself as they will declare war on you... Boy, an educated man does make for a smart one! Will you join Nasrallah when war breaks and your people die...or would you be the first to fall in the name of destruction? Go get your highs elsewhere and leave the business of politics to men.
71.  Good Idea. They should open Rafah anyway
JO   (04.04.11)
Egypt ruled Gaza for nearly twenty years and then dumped it. It's ties, language, history, and culture, are very strong. Many Egyptians also live in Gaza and the many of the people of Gaza are the descendants of Egyptian settlements left after the invasion of the Pasha Ibrahim Ali in the early 1800s. Gaza prefers Egypt. And ties with Egypt, business, and culture, are preferable.
72. What a warmonger this ElBaradei
Yosi ,   Israel   (04.04.11)
73. With a one way sign to Egypt
Robert ,   NY USA   (04.04.11)
74. Egypt will move back into the stone age
EgyptianJew ,   Ex Cairo, Egypt   (04.04.11)
The Egyptians will never learn. The country will continue to march backwards into the "stone age." Thank G-d they threw out the 80,000 Jews.
75. Egypt too dumb. Prefer War than improving the Economy
Sami ,   New York, USA   (04.04.11)
Egyptians are too dumb. They prefer War than to improve the lives of the Egyptian people.
76. Free Pr
sol ,   New York   (04.04.11)
Any time any where some one is loosing in Just go against Israel and he will be famous
77. Wait, I'm confused
Jacob Erickson ,   Holon, Israel   (04.04.11)
Why am I the first person to comment on the notion that a man who just announced his canidicy to run for president, who isn't holding any political office plans to do something like open the gates in Raffa? That's like me saying that I'm going to lower the sales tax here in Israel
78. #69 Egypt is going to consider withdrawing NNPT signature
observer ,   Egypt   (04.04.11)
79. And when gaza attacks Israel?
David Samson ,   Canada   (04.04.11)
What will this man of peace do?
80. To: No. 44
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.11)
More likely to be the end of Egypt. Tangle with Israel one more time militarily, and what makes you think that the Aswan Dam and the Suez Canal aren't targeted? Every time Egypt has engaged Israel on the battlefield, Egypt got its ass kicked to the curb. What makes you think anything's changed?
81. This anti semitic drone was HEAD of the IAEA!!!
Observer ,   world   (04.04.11)
we will declare war on the zionist regime. are you f'g kidding me? not only are the organizations- UN IAEA UNRWA Human right s watch ISM full of crap- their leaders are notrious bigots This pos on a stick let iran go nuclear. arent we all idiots for not seeing this, and the true colors of his ilk in academia, NGOS, forbes top lists, and some non profits...................
82. Denial is too a river in Egypt
Paul Freedman ,   Falls Church USA   (04.04.11)
ElB: self-deluding bluster will accomplish for Egypt exactly what Nasser's grandiose posturing accomplished. It wasn't until Sadat changed course that Egypt began to move from the status as an Arab banana republic having given up a huge chunk of its territory. Oh well, banana come, banana go.
83. Yes, open the Rafah border...let Gazans into Sinai
William ,   Israel   (04.04.11)
but realize, it's a one-way path. If weapons or other illicit materials try to make it back into Gaza, consider the border and which ever Egyptian is near it, to be forfeited when we destroy it. Gaza is an Egyptian headache anyway and they should have to deal with it, not Israel. But be warned, since Hamas rules Gaza and has declared war on Israel plus commits daily war crimes, if Egypt would go to war if Gaza is attacked they would implicitly be responsible for Hamas war crimes and equally be targeted by ICJ. So, Baradei's grand plan for Egypt is to screw up Egypt to follow racist plans of pan-Arab supremacy? Why not - worked for Gaza.
84. EGYPTIAN REVOLUTION IS HIJACKED
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (04.04.11)
The Egyptian Army Council knew what it was doing when it took over and promised change in a few months. It was giving the reactionaries and the Arab League a breathing space to retrieve the situation. What does this wonderful new Egyptian democracy boil down to?A choice between an out-and-out anti-west Israel hater or an Arab League place man. Looks like it's going to be business as usual in Egypt, soon. The democracy protesters have been well tricked. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
85. #57; observer, When Has MEMRI...
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (04.04.11)
Ever been wrong? All they do translate Arab and Muslim broadcasts into English. That way people can see the true nature and "culture of death" mentality in your sick and deviant culture. What's wrong with that? Afraid of the the truth? BTW can you show a single instance that MEMRI translated the information incorrectly. You see unlike the Arab source's of information, that routinely fabricate stories, stage stories, add or omit language to alter the meaning, and take phrases out of context, all to suit a false political narrative. You can't find even ONE example where MEMRI has done that. CASE CLOSED
86. #31 - just a few sources reported ZAKA in Japan too
William ,   Israel   (04.04.11)
and that story is quite real. Just today, we see the NYT refused to print Goldstone's retraction. Are you saying that news outlets do not edit their coverage based upon their own agenda?
87. To: No. 56
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.11)
Who won that war? I seem to recall that Israeli troops surrounded the Egyptian Third Army, slashed their supply lines and then crossed the Suez Canal with nothing between the Israeli troops and Cairo. Maybe next time we'll attack on Eid or something. Teach you how it feels.
88. To: No. 65
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.11)
The next war will see the Aswan Dam destroyed and every bit of tonnage in the Suez Canal destroyed. That will send Egypt back to the Stone Age .... which is about where they belong, anyway.
89. No Fear
Iran Aware ,   USA   (04.04.11)
They hate him, they stoned him twice on election day lol..Hes nada.Worry bout other things than this fool.
90. #44 - Arabs have been salivating over that for 90 years
William ,   Israel   (04.04.11)
and yet the Jews still live and prosper while the Arabs delve deeper into chaos. You'll probably destroy yourselves before the end of Israel comes.
