Grad is not a guided Missile ...once it was released from launcher ...it is pretty much probabilistic regarding which thing it will hit .....so they cannot target school bus...even they have wish ( according to your hypothesis) ..while F16 has guided missile ...or IRON dome has guided missile...so u should blame us if u discuss about this target issue ..and how accurately we can kill them.
