61. The land is Palestine not Israel
Eleanor ,   UK   (04.30.11)
.... Signed a British non Muslim who supports the rights of the Palestinian people and welcomes the reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas. It's great that the Rafah crossing will be re-opening and there is not a thing that Israel can do about it... (other than I suspect engage in some false flag operation - Will there be a Lavon Affair part 2?)
62. Hamas and Fatah
daniel shears ,   Fort Lauderdale US   (04.30.11)
Let them talk.. then let them get together.. then watch how they kill each other..... I do not wish this, but historically Arabs have been their worst enemies. They need Israel to have a common foe to hate..

good news for you babe, you are nominated for the STUPIDITY PRIZE OF THE YEAR.

Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (04.30.11)
When was there an Arab state or nation called "Palestine" in the Middle East? Come on. I'm sure you can answer this simple question.
65. What about Jordan?
Michael ,   Denmark   (04.30.11)
If Haniyeh thinks Israeli "presence" on "their land" is illegal, what is his thoughts about the Jordanian presence in the former Palestine Mandate? Come on jerk, you're obviously some kind of genius. You must have an opinion. Oh, that's right. It's not about "Palestine" at all. You hate the Jewish people more than you love your own "people". You're nothing without your hate. You can't live without your hate. In the first PLO charter you so-called "Palestinians" didn't even want Gaza and the West Bank because they were under muslim Egyptian and Jordanian rule. Your definition of your "land" changes more often than you change your underwear you dirty scumbag.

67. To Eleanor, U.K., no. 61
noa ,   israel   (04.30.11)
Palestine was the name given for the land of Israel. Palestine referred to the land occupied by Jews for centuries, before it became the independent State of Israel. Dream on dear, Israel (Palestine) belongs to the Jews.
68. #61 Eleanor
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (04.30.11)
O.K. Dear, it's your turn Maybe, just maybe, you'll be the first that will be able to answer a few relatively easy questions which would serve to prove your contention that it's now or ever was Palestinian land Keep in mind, that there is no mention of Palestine or Jersualem in the Koran, nor is Palestine mentioned in your bible, though Jerusalem is mentioned hundreds of times, as a Jewish City When was the country of Palestine founded and by whom? Where did the Palestinian people originate from? What were Palestine's borders? Who were its neighbors? What language did the Palestinians speak? What writing did they use? What manuscripts or records did they leave whether written or engraved? What was their religion? Where are their temples? What monuments attest to their existence? What was the name of their capital? Name its other major cities. What was their currency called? Are there any coins that attest to their economy? What was Palestine's form of government? Name its kings or rulers. What are their achievements? With which other peoples did the Palestinians interact? Where can one find any records where in the name of the country of Palestine or its people are mentioned? RSVP
69. #61 Abbas has sold out the Palestinians
Cynthia ,   US   (04.30.11)
Not long ago Hamas was throwing Fatah members off buildings and shooting them in the back. This unity scam will be short-lived but gullible people like you slobber all over the Palestinians without holding them accountable. And you make lame comments about "Palestine" without being able to answer one single question posed by Ben Jabo #68. But if you want to help the Palestinians cheat their way to statehood, please open your deep pockets and support them with your money because these freeloaders are about to be cut off from US funding.
70. #61; Eleanor, Your Laughable
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (04.30.11)
First you have to back over 50 years to find a false flag operation to discredit Israel. Heck, just look at the flotilla last year, the fake border skirmish set up by Lebanon a few months later. There is two false flag opts in the last 10 months, by the Arabs. So really your problem is not Israel is it? It's not human rights, since you've written nothing negative about Syria or Libya. Where well over 2000 people have been killed for just protesting We all know what you are Eleanor. So stop pretending you care, it's just cover for your real motivations. Your selective outrage makes that all to obvious.
71. To#15 Abdel, G-d willing we'll work it out...
David ,   Shiloh Israel   (04.30.11)
You are a wise Arab. I live in a Jewish settlement, and continously push for a better understanding between 'decent' Jews & Arabs to live in harmony. I stand for a Jewish state of Israel. However, under our Torah, G-d fearing non-Jews that wish to live in peace with us are not only welcome to, but should be afforded protection and natural human rights in the process. I count Arabs amongst non-Jews. Yes, a poll showed that 30% of Arabs support extreme acts of violence against Jews, but what does that tell us about the 70% majority? Abdel, there is a middle ground, and a lot of sane people prefer to live there. You talk out from amongst Arabs, I talk out from amongst the heart of a major Jewish settlement. My namesake King David / Daoud (as honoured by Arabs) ruled a Jewish sovereign kingdom, and had Arabs amongst his allies & friends. I pray for the day when true peace & justice prevails once again. Salem - Shalom!
