Cutting off ALL external money to the Pals would solve this idiotic problem in 6 months. Come to the table, deal honestly & constructively, or survive on your own. Israel did it; so can the Pals. Despite the fact that they have repeatedly been offered coexistence, compromises, & 99% more than any other more self assured country than Israel would consider offering, Fakestanians continue to be the most globally irrelevant, but skilled "professional victims" in the world. They won't take "Yes" for an answer. If, in 1948, the UN had not created the unique intergenerational refugee status (or that Count Bernadotte mandated that only a 2 year presence in pre Israel Mandatory Palestine qualified); or, if post 67 & "3 No's of Khartoum" Israel had the political will to formally annex, straighten its borders, & unequivocally expand throughout its historic, geographically defensible, & geopolitically sensible areas, none of this problem would exist. Arabs would have assimilated, emigrated, or at least started the multi generational process of social assimilation. The problem has always been half steps & half measures. Every nation has a "new immigrant", (initially) socially disliked or "transient" underclass, whether (now) Hispanics or blacks in the US; Pakistanis etc in the UK; Basques in Spain; North Africans in France, Greeks, Vietnamese, Italians, etc in Australia, etc, etc. EVERY country was conquered by someone; EVERY country had indigenous people; EVERY country will eventually disappear or be conquered by someone else-witness Hispanics overwhelming the Southwestern US, or North Africans Europe. The only thing that survives are human principles for constructive social coexistence-that's why the Jews are still around after 5771 years. Matriarchal Western society, self interested, self promoting political meddlers; delusional ideologues; manipulative Arab states; & other colonialists by proxy have perpetuated this conflict. There has never been such a long term problem involving so few people, over such a small amount of land. If this was in Africa, it would barely make page 9 of the NY Times. What would have happened post WW II if everyone tried to "Turn back the clock"? Life is not always fair; there are winners & losers; deal with it and move on. IMO, Every terror event should cost PA funding. There should be an automatic deduction to pay for every preventative military operation, rocket, & terror event; building repair, medical care, first responders call out, survivor's psychological counseling, & lost work. The IDF can identify the cost of running &/or flying hours of vehicles, drones, & planes; equipment, ammunition, & depreciation. Enough with the games; this is like a parent giving a child money for heroin. The 2nd Gaza Flotilla is being held back for fear that ships will be punitively sunk. If the Fakestanian Welfare Authority was "defunded", this BS would be solved in 6 months. Hit them in the wallet; these world class welfare moochers will learn REAL FAST.

While its obvious that the PA is trying its best to completely disassociate itself from the Jewish state, and its Jews, bringing the territoreis to its knees, has a flip side. Do we really want people who are starving, w/o utilities and electricity, lacking medical treatment and medicines? As one commented, Israel does things in half-measures..determining their effectiveness, impact, short and long term consequences. Hillary keeps on saying 2 states for 2 peoples, living side by side in peace. What is emerging are two states, one with a hostile population, surrounded by another with 2factions vying for power, both completely separate from the other state. Are we to get countries like No. and So. Korea..side by side, separated by the DMZ, with weapons aimed at one another? No. Korea can go to China...and the Pals can go to the Muslim world. Israel will back off this latest..as it has done repeatedly. Isael is still considered occupying the Strip..yet no Jews are there. It is at war with Hamas..yet furnishes food, medicine, etc. through its crossings. Israel should take a good look at what its relatonships are with the W. Bank, E. Jerualem Arabs, and the Gaza Strip..analyze the complexities, and do what is in its best interests. When Abbas tells the world that Israel's creation was deplorable, the Nakba..he is saying it all. But are Israelis hearing? Two states for 2 peoples..most likely in war.

Mr. Steinitz. If there are other avenues that can be closed, and I'm sure there are plenty, close them also. It's time for the millions of Palestinians to get a new life in one of their own fellow countries and move, as quickly as possible off stolen Israeli Land.
