The Mavi Mara incident was legal under international law under the Helsinki Principles which allows for the boarding of ships in international waters if there is good reason to believe they are trying to breach a legal blockade. We have seen from the video evidence that the passengers attacked the commandos. The commandos primary weapon was a paintball gun so its pretty obvious they were going to try and take the ship as peacefully as possible. If Turkey wants to pull out the UN investigation panel, I don't think Israel will be worrying about that little threat to much but the details of the BRAVE commandos who boarded that ship are staying private are not to be released under any circumstances. As long as Erdogan is still running the show in Turkey there is virtually no chance of relations between Israel and Turkey ever being patched up.
