No 7 what on earth are you talking about. Maybe you were not born in 1967 but I remember the build up to the Six Day War when your people and your leader were threatening to push Israel into the sea and asked for the UN troops to be withdraw from Sinai (which of course the pro-Arab UN immediately did). Jewish experience is that when people threaten to annihilate you, they generally mean it, it is not an empty threat so Israel responded and you lost a war you started, live with it.

The conflict is nothing to do with settlements, if that issue was sorted, the Arabs would soon find something else to bang on about. It is about Israel being a Jewish state, that is something that the Arabs don't want. All the settlers left Gaza did it bring peace? It brought rockets and more aggression. If the settlers were to leave the West Bank tomorrow the only difference it would make no difference to the peace process. Give back Jerusalem I don't think so. Do you know what the Arabs did when they had Jerusalem? Probably not, I'll tell you. They blew up the Jewish quarter, destroyed the synagogues, divided the city and no Jew was allowed to visit the Old City. Why would we want to go back to that?

Arabs, who fled Palestine, never recieved aid from the neighbouring Arab countries, their "Palestinian refugee" status remains inherited. How that after actual exchange of population took place, there are around 5 millions "Palestinian refugees", out of initial half of a million and not a single Jewish one. Why America, via UNRWA, is continuing for 50 years to caltivate and finance generations of people whose primary goal is the destraction of the State of Israel? Why the solution was found for millions of refugees, especially after WW2, but the PR - the Palestinian Refugee remains the PR the Perpetual Refugee.

It is easy to say and talk about idealities like what you are preaching now. If you were put in many people's situation then you can judge correctly. (if your home+land confiscated, family killed, jailed, etc) Most of your words are prejudging without basis, stereotyping, copied from others and media that just want to label us for planned agenda. Without Muslims, Jews of Spain would have been exterminated and please remember Holocaust happened in Europe not in Arabia. Muslims including Arabs have given Jews throughout their empires high rank jobs in their governments and allowed them to do businesses on their own. No. Article 2 of the UN Charter makes this very clear: “All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.” The next paragraph reads: “All [UN] Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.” In its ruling on Israel’s Wall in 2004, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) repeatedly affirmed the inadmissibility of territorial conquest, emphasizing, “No territorial acquisition resulting from the threat or use of force shall be recognized as legal.” The Court also averred that this principle reflected customary international law, as previously asserted in a 1986 ICJ case between Nicaragua and the United States. Thus, even were there consensus that the war in 1967 had been a “defensive war” from Israel’s standpoint, UN Charter principles and customary international law prohibit Israel from continuing to hold territory occupied during that war. Being indefensible doesn't breach the UN charter or the international law, but holding land acquired in self-dense DOES.

what about Israelis claim that because 242’s wording says, “Withdrawal of Israel armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict” and not “the territories,” the preamble cited the “inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war.” what territories was the Security Council referring to, if not to all of them? the text in French does not leave any such loophole. prime author of 242, Lord Caradon of the UK, later claimed that without the “inadmissibility” paragraph in the resolution’s preamble, “there could have been no unanimous vote” in the Security Council. In 1967, 10 of the 15 Security Council members emphasized in their interventions the “inadmissibility” principle and Israel’s obligation to fully withdraw. None of the other Council members specified any disagreement on this point. When Israel first proposed annexation of West Bank territory, the U.S. forcefully replied that 242 “never meant that Israel could extend its territory to [the] West Bank,” and that “there will be no peace if Israel tries to hold onto large chunks of territory.”. what if the wording were "Withdrawal of Israeli armed forces from THE territories occupied in recent conflict"? In this case I think nothing would be undertaken.

Either way there will be no peace with Arabs. In this case it is better for Israel to keep all territories it rules giving it strategic depth for defense, human justice is on its side too. Short summary why Arabs will not make Peace, no matter what. They are a 400 million strong nation with 22 vast countries spanning from the Persian Gulf to the Atlantic Ocean, and an immense wealth of natural resources. Regardless of justice or legal rights Arabs believe that this potential capacity will one day overwhelm the tiny country of 6 million Jews. This coupled with their inherent inclination toward violence and destruction makes them think that they don't need to make Peace. Regardless of concessions Israel makes Arabs want all of Israel, understood?

Stop being selective in what you quote. Lord Caradon, along with others who drafted UN Resolution 242, recognised that the Green Line was not secure. That is the reason the word "the" was left out. Go read!
