There is no "Palestinian" land. It's all non-sovereign territory, acquired by Israel in the course of fighting a defensive war. Israel will annex Judea and Samaria, and repatriate its Arab residents to Jordan, country of their citizenship. And no one can stop it. Jews vote. In great numbers. Most people in the United States eligible to vote really cannot be bothered. Jews live in states which have a large number of electoral votes -- keep in mind that the president is elected by the Electoral College; not by popular vote. The Jewish vote has always been key, especially in swing states. You can ask Jimmy Carter just how important the Jewish vote can be -- he found out the hard way.

Obama just concluded an obsequious, pandering speech to the American pro Israel lobby, AIPAC. He knows well how alienating his previous speech was to his Jewish base. No doubt, many of those clueless liberal Jews will flock back to Obama after this speech. so he can get his campaign cash from the deluded, deep-pocket American Jewish donors. Campaign cash which - if he manages to get re-elected - will indirectly result in the destruction of Israel. Six million Jews didn't get it 72 years ago. His recent hateful speech is completely consistent with his anti-Israel stance all along. It is consistent with his continuous attempts to humiliate Netanyahu and Israel by extension. Nor is there any reason for anyone who loves Israel and America to support Obama.

I am a liberal American Jew who enthusiastically voted for Obama in 2008 but if the Republicans nominate a moderate like Mitt Romney and perhaps a running mate like Marco Rubio I would not vote for Obama again. I am quite surprised at the number of liberal Jewish friends of mine who echo my thoughts. If the economy does not improve and the Republicans nominate a moderate and not a right wing nut like Gingrich, Palin, or Bachman, then Obama will lose Florida and Pennsylvania and be a one term President. At this point, the way most of my Jewish friends feel, it's up to the Republicans to not nominate a far right candidate if they want to win the Jewish vote.

Obama continues his pattern of appeasing our enemies and disrespecting our allies. Many here voted for himin 2008 to prove they weren't racists. Let's hope the same folks vote for anyone BUT him in 2012 to prove they're not idiots.
