Actually the Bible is true; the Tanach, not the NT. However remember it should be read essentially as a theological and ethical text with far deeper meanings than on the surface rather than as a history book, although there is much history also contained within its pages. It also should be read in the original Hebrew with Rashi and other commentaries. As an academic with a strong logical mind, nevertheless I had an amazing time courtesy of Hashem Himself who helped me in incredible ways to see the truth: that all there is is G-d and it is actually G-d who is bringing the Jews back to our land. The covenant He made with our ancestors is real. There are many amazing things happening for those with the eyes to see: many many people are finding that G-d is real and that it is ultimately G-d who gave us this land of Israel. Many people returning to this land have incredible stories of how it came about, and there are some open miracles happening in this holy land of Israel. Jews have a direct relationship with G-d and we all have an immortal soul that contacts us directly to its source, Hashem. Anyone who believes that the infinite unfathomable mind of G-d, who created the whole universe with billions of stars way beyond our imagination, could even begin to fit into the finite mind of any human being including that of a misguided but observant Jew who lived 2000 years ago, is making our Creator far far far too small.

Christians cannot support the belief that Israel has the right to the land but rather the land is promised to the seed (singular) of Abraham, Christians accept this seed as Jesus Christ.
