Mordechai ,   London   (06.06.11)
Why the hell is the BBC and CNN not reporting this, this a proof of what Assad (and Israel's northern neighbour) is all about. The world like to portray the Palestinians (since when is was there a Palestinian state) as victims. it is sickening to see this and the world just sits by criticising Israel for everything they do to protect themselves.

joel ,   usa   (06.06.11)
israel, is just so "soft" in dealing with Syria's Assad, Israel must "armed" those protesters in Syria, now! let blood shed in Syria in the hands of Assad, so the Arabs would concentrate on himand not on the palestinian issues, from there, if Assad is removed, youc an send those refugees to Syria by millions!
10. Why don't you drop a few on Assad's palace just to

Chatich   (06.06.11)
What's one more lump swept under the world's "free palestine" carpet, when so many can't, and so many won't, see the soaring mountain range already piled up under there?
12. Re: #6 Mordechai
Jordan Stevens ,   Montreal Canada   (06.06.11)
Mordechai, It is also because CNN & The BBC are Left Wing based & Biased News Organizations who always side with the Palestinians, and are to Politically Correct to "Tell It Like It Is" . Then We Have Glenn Beck who is Puts the Facts On the Ground In Front Of Everything Else, Is Fair & Balanced (As Is The Entire Fox News Channel) & Is Israel's Best Friend in The Media!!
13. Bible Prophecy
greenj76 ,   Soddy Daisy   (06.06.11)
The threat of a religious war between the Jews and the Moslems is setting the stage for an end of times conflict between these two peoples. The ancient prophet Joel, in Joel 2:2-3, warned that the largest militia ever formed on the earth will come to Jerusalem to take control of the Jewish holy sites. There is only one group of people today who could form such a militia and also people who want to control Hebron, Bethlehem, and the holy city of Jerusalem, that would be the Moslem people.

15. Act of war!
David ,   America   (06.06.11)
If this is true and I have no doubt then ass ad has committed an open act of war. It should be answered promptly and without mercy and unmeasured. Israel, aren't you getting sick and tired of this skinny wimp. Syrian land is not really Syrian land. It was given to Avraham by HaShem! Go take it back and kick his skinny arse into the sea.

how many $ Israel has being giving to settlers in the occupied Golan. ” In its ruling on Israel’s Wall in 2004, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) repeatedly affirmed the inadmissibility of territorial conquest, emphasizing, “No territorial acquisition resulting from the threat or use of force shall be recognized as legal.” That means country is not allowed to keep territory it occupied in defensive war.
22. Reported in Guardian of all places
GZLives   (06.06.11)
One demonstrator who was wounded that day told the Guardian the Lebanese militia Hezbollah had given him $50 to turn up at the border and $900 to have his gunshot wounds treated by physicians. He said he had been planning to return to Maroun al-Ras yesterday until the rally was cancelled.
23. another day

A good day for the IDF. Another bunch of unarmed civilians killed. no matter what spin you want that was all it was. pure downright murder.
24. TRUE??
Frank-el ,   Seattle USA   (06.06.11)
If this is true it's bad and a real sign of these people's desperation. Odd that the article does not mention that none of the protesters were armed with real weapons; if any IDF troops were injured; or how much IDF soldiers are paid to kill apparenetly unarmed protesters on land that was "annexed" from Syria?
25. Watch Syria go bankrupted. ...
Nick Sporek ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (06.06.11)
... How people could let themselves be so manipulated for people who obviously don't even care about them is beyond me.

Palidov ,   Kiev   (06.06.11)
instead of the cold blooded killing of palestinian protesters Bibi must push every one to read conclude for himself and what the international community is keenly aware of. Time to get these IDF animals permanently back behind 1967 borders. and make peace or hell will break loose as for syrian opposition they are in the same camp with Bibi

emanon ,   USA   (06.06.11)
See what US$1,000 buys in Syria? A human slave, willing to be killed for a corrupt government. Imagine: these people accepted money to provoke the IDF into killing them. And these same people want the world to believe they are for equality and peace? I don't think so.
