6. No. 2, all decent people in the world are with you
Marco ,   Spain   (06.16.11)
There is no more deserving people on this planet to have an independent country than the great Kurdish people. In the Middle East you will be the second country after Israel to have a truly democratic and human rights respecting regime, rejecting Islamism and being the counterbalance to expansionist policies of Turkey, Iran and Arabs. My hero is Mullah Mustafa Barzani! CHEERS TO FREE KURDISTAN!
7. Hypocrit zionists
John ,   Silicon Valley   (06.16.11)
Zionists should stop using the 100 years old Armenian tragedy for their own gains because it were the same pro zionist lobby groups in the USA who fought against passing resolutions condemning Turkey. Where were Zionists before the Davos incident and Gaza castlead 'killing' operation about the rights of the Kurds? Under Erdogan the Kurds have reached freedoms and right that they never had for the last 80 years. Now they can listen Kurdish music, watch Kurdish tv, make propaganda in Kurdish, name their chilideren with Kurdish names etc etc etc. Thanks to Erdogan.. Is it enough? NO more has to be done.... However when will Israel stop opressing its Arab minorty? When will it stop occupying Sheba, Golan, Westbank? When will it stop making Gaza a ghetto?

Since when are the Arabs a minority in the Middle East? For that matter, where in the world are Jews a majority anywhere except in their own land? Oppressors say, "you bend to me and my ideas and my wants and beliefs", the oppressed say," we just want to live please leave us alone." So who are the oppressed and who are the oppressors?

just wondering do you even read what you write :) truly secular democratic human right respecting kurdish regime rejecting islamisim :D kurds still do honour killings and are the most islamic minority in turkey they still live with tribal rules and after you say all these nonsense you carry it to next step by sayin your hero is mullah barzani let me ask you somethin do you know what mullah means? cause what u described in your comment about kurds is a contradiction with the word mullah have fun living as marco :)
15. then recognize Kurdistan!

16. John # 7
Amos ,   Israel   (06.16.11)
Hi John, from the style of your writing and number of spelling mistakes in your tb, I can confidently assume that your name is not John but maybe Ahmet of Mahmud, just putting Silicon Valley next to your name does not add anything to your argument.,.,.,. We Israelis are proud of killing Arab terrorists that try to kill us and proudly living together with Arabs that want to live in peace with us.,.,.,., So what is it Ahmet of Mahmud or whatever your name is, you did kill a million and a half innocent Armenians, life under your Ottoman empire was brutal and unfair, the fact that Zionist in USA did not mention it before does not make it any lesser crime. Look fella whatever your name is, look at what you do now in Syria to your own people and Yenam and in every other muslim country you'd care to mention. You and your religion are not very nice and not the religion of peace,.,.,.. in fact you are brutal Ahmed, and letting people listen to Kurdish music now will not make you any better and stop hiding behind an Anglo-Saxon name, we are more intelligent then you will ever be.
17. Turkey Is NOT Israel's Friend!!!
Edward ,   Savannah, USA   (06.16.11)
I read in Ynet the other day where Netanyahu is wanting to amend ties with Turkey. THIS article ought to lay to rest that Turkey is NOT Israel's friend and the best thing Israel can do is to realize this fact and put Turkey on a hostile country/soon to be enemy list. There is just no other option. Turkey is moving in the direction of the Muslim Brotherhood, Iran. Syrian, etc. axis. Better get prepared for it instead of pretending that all is well.
18. Turkey will not vote for Palestinian state
Avishai ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (06.16.11)
Turkey will not vote for a Palestinian state. They will vote AGAINST an Israeli state.
19. #7 John or whatever your real name is
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (06.16.11)
Armenia wasn't a "Tragedy"; it was an intentional act of destruction by Turkey, leading to the genocide of more than one million innocent Armenian's, just can't fluff it off so easily Gaza's "Cast Lead" was in response to Hamas' having fired thousands of rockets into Israel, which they refused to cease, despite repeated warnings from Israel to cut it out I defy you to answer just a few easy questions When was Palestine founded ? Name three of its rulers Where can I view some artifacts, such as coins, ancient Palaces ? It's Capital city was ? You should note that neither Palestine or Jerusalem are mentioned in your Koran, thus you have no valid claim to them Gaza made itself into a Ghetto, by it's continual attacks against it's neighbor Israel

I don't know if you realize that all these comments coming from Marco or others about Turkey and Kurds are the direct result of the anti Semitizm originating from AKP, IHH, PM Erdogan , President Gul and their followers. Before that Israelis and Jews always showed freindly sentiments toward Turks and Turkey, supporting Turkish causes such as Cyprus, Armenian issues and the lifting of the US embargo established after 1974. I can assure you that when Turks stop this behavior towards Israel and Jews relations and sentiments will go back to normal.

anton ,   istanbul turkey   (06.16.11)
yes i am aware of that fact But as grown up logical person they should know that diffrence between politics and public opinions they may critize turkish policies just like i do but calling us names trying to ridicule us with childish ways or cursing us is not the way, althou im used to it as you said this is not first time I see your comments from time to time compared to others you are way more logical yet you tend to blame otherside only also i agree wth you this must stop and the way i see fit is to cut relationship so both side can go their own way iam sure you agree with me that friendly feelings are vanished be it our fault or your fault dont you think?
22. anton i totally agree with you..
turkish   (06.16.11)
The media in Turkey is much more balanced regarding the Israel issue than what i see in Israel. The people against Israel in Turkey are against Israel's current policies not its history, not its struggle for existence in a very tough neighborhood etc etc.. Of course there is a minority group of anti semitic nut jobs who are mainly uneducated and can not post comments here on ynet, We see them getting worked up over easily, burning flags and humiliating themselves and making the news in Israel very fast. . But out of 70 million that is at least expected. What scares me while reading these posts is that they are coming from reasonably logical and educated people. They have changed their minds about a country 180 degrees in a year and they are the staunchest anti Turkish society around. Even the armenians and greek are not this radical. This is what Israel hasbara means I guess. How sad to witness how Israeli's are full of hatred towrads uswhile we are still trying to understand and sympathize with both sides. I give up though. Whatever we say or write will not make a difference as people commenting here just want to bash Turkey, true or not. They want to believe what they say, eventually they will and this is what is called self full filling prophecy. Yes more David Israel's are needed but I suspect he too is a minority.
23. Whatever chance Turkey had of
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (06.17.11)
being considered as an impartial arbitrator, she just shot to hell by siding with the Palestinian's Turkey was always known as being “The sick man of Europe”, she has just proved she’s terminally ill
24. @ 23 and your impartial arbiter ...
Jon ,   Baltimore US   (06.17.11)
would be the US who consistently vetoes any UN resolution that even mentions Israel and bullies every nation in the world who does not apologize and intervene for them. Since noone seems to be a fiar arbiter any more I guess that is another excuse for never resolving your conflicts with your neighbors.
25. Recent poll in Turkey
Anadelfos ,   Athens Greece   (06.17.11)
According to a recent poll held in Turkey by TESED ( a turkish institution ), 40% assumes Israel as enemy No1, 33% USA as enemy No2, 10% Greece as enemy No3 etc. This means that lot of work has to be done, in order to minimize these percentages. Abolishing double standards and focusing at the real problems of turkish people ( illiteracy, healthcare, poverty, internet and freespeach freedom ) would be a good start. It is a pity such a beautifull country to be looking backwards. What about offering to kurds the same rights you are asking for your Northern Cyprus brothers in a future united Cyprus?
26. Turkey will soon be broke
Bless israel. ,   United States   (06.17.11)
ten of thousands of Syrians are flooding Turkey making their relief from theTurks quite expensive. G-ds little payback to Erdogen for his unnecessary provocations to Israel. Turkey's tourism is down to zip and so will their national budget.
27. GIve 'em hell Amos!
Bless israel.   (06.17.11)
Damn straight we're proud to be strong self defending Jews!!!!!
28. # 19 Ben Jabo Excellent response!!
Bless israel. ,   United States   (06.17.11)
the pals have no legal claims on Israel. They, at best, are illegal squatters who are not welcomed by any other arab nation. Your right, no deeds, no language, no history whatsoever can justify their false claims on Israel.
29. # 24 Jon Baltimore
Bless israel. ,   United States   (06.17.11)
The pals will never have a state in Israel. Maybe they can try for Saudi Arabia, Jordan? Oh, that's right, they hate the pals more than the US or Israel.
