mr kenney's blessings for the provocateurs onboard this "piece flotilla" may sound nice, but why doesn't he mention the reason the blockade was necessary in the first place? hamas has declared war on israel, and refuses to comply with the conditions set down by the international community for its acceptance; hamas refuses to renounce violence, or to recognize israel's right to exist, and to accept previous agreements, which are the absolute bare minimum conditions for any civilized regime. why does he not take issue with hamas' war crimes against israeli civilians in the south, or its charter, which preaches genocide against the jews? and why didn't he use the opportunity of his visit to gaza to ask hamas not to harm israelis? did he ask them to avoid violence, and stop firing thousands of qassams at israeli malls, and kindergartens, and school buses? the purpose of this "piece flotilla" is not to bring supplies into gaza - the 400 trucks a day that cross the border from israel carry far more than this "flotilla" ever could - but rather to "lift the blockade", and enable bigger and better arms to reach hamas, unchecked. those who pray for its success, no matter how diplomatically, are cheering for terrorism, and may the harm that they wish upon israel be visited upon them and their families!

The flotilla organizers have stated that the aim of this flotilla is not to deliver aid, but to create a media happening that will generate PR (I paraphrase Adam (putz) Shapiro speaking to the press 10 days ago). These people love Hamas and think Hamas carries forward the glorious revolutionary essence of the Paris Commune. These are True Believers who will use any lie to advance their cause.

You need to get your head out. The leaders and people in Gaza are the only ones responsible for the lifestyle of their children. Of course, healthy children might make better shields. In spite of the blockade nobody is starving in Gaza. There are plenty of stories in the news about how there is no crises in Gaza. You should try reading some of them before you make opinions on something you obviously know nothing about.

Imagine a hostile flotilla making it's way to Russia or China, both of which are actual human rights violators. Can't imagine it, can you? That is because the flotilla participants are cowards. They know Russia or China wouldn't tolerate their activities. But they know Israel will. Israel should treat the hostile flotilla the way Russia or China would. Give them a warning.
