I think ipetition is good site for it. Never done it myself, but I think you just create your petition, and spread it far and wide. I am not sure if there is a way to limit it to Israelis...maybe by IP address? In this case, non-israeli signees would not count. I am also not sure of the number of signees a petition needs to force the hand of the gov't. The gov't must be stopped from selling us out.

I am a secular Turk and i have friendly feelings for the state of Israel and all the Jews in all around the world. We all know thatthe 2 countries Israel and Turkey are facing a tough situation for both. I see the main question is "Who needs the other more?"
