63. Need More US $Billion$ 4Harsh Dictator
American Jew ,   New Jersey, USA   (09.10.11)
to buy corruption to brutally oppress the large majority of Egyptians, plus Israel gets "cold peace", a very strong Arab insider and cheap gas ... great deal, eh? Guess 40 years was a good run, but now democracy, the people, has won which was always inevitable ... Palestinians seem to be following this way of nature!
64. repeat-same reward?
daze ,   US   (09.10.11)
By tearing down the Israeli flag does this guy expect to get a job, a house, and the adoration of millions of unwashed egyptians like the first guy? I would say no, it's been done, but you can't blame a guy for trying
65. I don't understand it, Islam is a religion of peace.
Donny ,   Canada   (09.10.11)
Are there any imbeciles in that country who actually work?
66. old game: hatred
bernardo ,   monaco/baviera   (09.09.11)
You can't learn old and flea-bitten dogs new tricks as they are being stuck in their very, very ancient habits. The crowd in a range of this countries doesn't appear to be well cultured or sensible, they are still on a level of rough tribe culture.
67. no sympathy
ulf ,   oslo,Norway   (09.10.11)
The sympathy the arabs once got from the western world is almost gone, still there are some extreme politicians on the left side that are blind and cannot see the betrayal and taqqiya from the arabs.Generations of hatred towards the west and Israel will never end and finally there seems to be more and more people waking up to arab behaviour.Reading this article and watching the pictures, reminds me of that we all were monkeys in the past...too bad the arabs still live in that past...
68. these islamic guys live in the stone age
tiger ,   Vienna, Austria   (09.09.11)

69. Ending Camp David
felix ,   israel   (09.10.11)
When this happens-all the palestinians from Gaza- will be expelled into Egypt were they can expect the "exellent treatment" they are used to get from their Arab brothers!
70. A foretaste of UN vote anti israel violence to come
Dan   (09.10.11)
Any western power stupidly deliberating on whether to support the Palestinian bid to become a member state and declare unilaterally a state on the 1967 boundaries should reflect on this civil unrest in Egypt. It proves that this Palestinian move is a serious destabilising event against peaceful progress in the the whole middle east region. Extreme and reactionary forces in the ME will be set free and any hope of peaceful transition to two states solution will be seriously undermined if not destroyed. th The Palestinian and Arab winter looks like it is setting in thick and fast and uncontrollably and the regimes that emerging are likely to be more confrontational. The genie has been let out of the bottle and anything can happen. Ban Ki Moon has shown his naivete in believing this forthcoming Palestinian resolution will lead to any peace . Quite likely the opposite will ensue because of disrespect by the Palestinians for two party face to face diplomacy between them and the Israelis . Peace prospects seem to be receding further away day by day , and the secretary general's pronouncements have only hastened the demise of whatever peace process was left. Western democratic countries' united front in opposition to the unilateral Palestinian declaration is the only appropriate response to a ratcheting up of the war cry by the Palestinians extremists and the extreme Islamic block
71. #1 Salma
Madeleine ,   Rehovot Israel   (09.09.11)
Could you please tell me what is brave about hundreds of people - safety in numbers, you know - breaking down a wall. I supose it's the same type of bavery that hides behind women and children, fires rockets from schools and sends kids out to be suicide bombers.
72. OSLO = *******DEAD*********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raging mob. Give them some women to calm them down LOLOLOL
75. pan arab revolution and unity
ky   (09.10.11)
Surely you are joking . The real revolution has not yet begun. Arab states are presently in the grip of those who are trying to pull it back into a fundemantal cesspit but there are those who dont want to go there becase they know what the consequences are. As soon as it becomes clear that worse opression and Islamic tyrany will be the order of the day what you have seen so far is nothing Sorry pal, The party has not yet begun for the Arab world
76. THE FOOLS RUN AMOK
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (09.09.11)
Israel arrested a guy for just throwing stones at the Egyptian Embassy flag. But don't look for the same respect from the Egyptian government. They would never arrest these people, and for destroying an entire wall. It's a shame the IDF soldiers protecting the embassy can;t shoot these guys down (actually they can), they would be perfectly within their rights. The Embassy legally speaking is Israel, the trespassers can be shot on sight for this attack against Israel. As we can see the Arab writers here on the TB, for most part are celebrating this, as a heroic action. The same, hate Israel crap, makes you some kind of hero. These really are a pathetic group of people who deserve whatever evil befalls them. Their immorality is only surpassed by their gullible stupidity. Meanwhile the Egyptians so far have gained nothing from overthrowing Mubarak. They still are run by a military dictatorship. This attack on the` Israeli embassy, will create jobs, put food on the table, help rebuild the countries economy, heck no!! But stupid fools full of hate never think that far ahead, do they? What morons!!
77. i may be a monster but..
Ester   (09.10.11)
i miss mubarak
78. #38 Arnold , Canada
Dave ,   Uk   (09.10.11)
Mr. Arnold - I'm not against Israel, Im just expressing my own views based on what I hear and see... Re Libya and Syria, yes they are linked to the US/Israel policy in the region.. Libya is not a surronding country to Israel but never supported Palestinians and so they are on zero influence because natuarrly they should support Palestinians and they did !! re Syria, yes Asad and his father always declared hostility against israel but never any oher country has protected it's boarders with israel like Syria !!! strange, right? but thats true !! What Im trying to say is that, the change in the arab region is not happening because of the US and Israel relatiosn with the arab dectators, but because those dectators has ever ruled their country illigally - look at Kadafi, a crazy person ruled a country for more than 40 years ,,, this is a huge joke ,, All the arab leaders were serving the interest of Israel with via direct relations with Israel (Jordan, Egpyt) or via the US influnce like the Gulf leaders. This is was simply against the desires of the arab people whom wanted to support the Palestinians to get their own state !! So now, that the arab people are revolutoing against the dectators, new leaderships will have no choice but to follow their people's direction which is straight hardline against Isarel. Look what did the Egyptians did today to the Israeli embasyy? would the Egyptians be able to do what they did if Mubarak was in power?? never... if you want me to comment on the Israeli Palestinain issue, then I must say that Isarel has never wanted peace when it kept building all those illegal settlements in the west bank !! I may understand that the Israeli armay may need to keep controling the west bank due to security reasons, biut what the reason for settelements if Israel is really seeking to make peace withe palestinians one day !?!?!??! Now, the time passed I think and Isarel should expect the worse because the window for peace is close now and the dangerous enemy today are not the Palestinians themselves, but the arab nations.. as for the Jewish state, I personal see this as another joke - there is no state named as Jewish or Islamic or Christian state, there should be Israel as an israeli state and Palestine as a Palestinian state..
79. You don't call Egyptians fools you butchers !!
Khaled Samy ,   Egypt   (09.10.11)
I understand that violating the privacy of a foreign embassy is a violation of the international laws, but killing innocent soldiers is not a crime !! give me a break, you kill Egyptian soldiers and you don't even submit a formal apology and that is the least you can do as "the country of democracy" as you pretend to say, we don't hate you Israelis we hate your denial, the illusion you've created and believed and actually living in... so yeah that is the least your getting from angry Egyptians and very soon things will change and you will go crying as you always do as the injured broken small community that every one is attacking for no reason !
80. egyptian reaction vs turkish reaction
masri ,   cairo   (09.10.11)
Egyptian wanna do the same reaction as Turkish
81. There never was a peace with Egypt.
usa   (09.10.11)
Israel was content with the 30 year non agression pact and became too timid. Tell the Arabs there will never be a Palestine, the peace process is finished. Force the Gazans into Sinai and the rest of the Arabs into Jordan.
82. I am egyptian
Ahmed ,   Egypt   (09.10.11)
And those who did that do not represent me. they are taking it too far. Yes there is hatred against Israel from some Egyptians, But not all Egyptians accept that or like that. I am one of those who revolted against Mubarak in January, and I apologize for what the morons have done. I believe there will be people's peace by the end of this which will be better than the state's cold peace salam

86. to salma 1
john Darren ,   cairns-Australia   (09.10.11)
your first squawk of the day-and as usual thanking arabs that loathe you. it's time that you realized that you will always remain squatter ersatz 'palestinians".You don't deserve your own "state" because you would not know how to govern it without hand-outs.let's face it,as a people, you are a disaster.
87. Islam, religion of peace
John ,   nz   (09.10.11)
88. Keep it up!
Omar ,   Canada   (09.10.11)
If Turkey after it's historic ties with "Israel" can end them, so can Egypt with it's Mubarak ties.
89. Response to #57
nadya ,   Garden Grove, CA.,US   (09.10.11)
What is that supposed to mean? Protect your own damn embassy! This is not U.S. problem.
90. israel get ready
moshon   (09.10.11)
trouble is coming so get ready. I call on israel to do the following 1) protest to egypt to take care of the embassy and damages as isreal protects egypt's embassy. 2) fire barak who now runs begging the US to warn egypt because he is afraid to raise it with tantawi man to man.Fire amos gilad who is a bs artist who has had no effect on egypt. 3) Install yaalon as defence miinister, bring in galant to back up galant, bring in eitam. reinforce deployments. 4) bibi shouldhand the reins over to landau because bibi does not have the guts to go through a multifront war. Finally merridor says silence is golden and lets hope it passes over. This is a gas chamber jew talking, lets hope. Both egypt and turkey are taking liberties with israel because of bibi and barak's weakness, running around making apologies and says shh, maybe it will pass over. A diplomatic note has to be tabled to tantawi of protest and damages as his police stood aside while the mob broke into the embassy.
