I do not object to nudity in art - and there is a lot of art in photography, but would anyone be so kind and explain to me what those humongous nude pictures have to do with art?

The only thing I like about this story is that Israel is the only country in the Middle East that would go as far as this, which shows that we are a democracy, a free people that allows its people to do what they want with in the law. Israel excepts religious freedom not like its neighbors I need to say no more. Gays can walk the streets and be identified as gay and not end up on the end of a rope. An Arab can walk the streets of Israel and not have a knife stuck in his back. Mr Spencer captured a part of Israel that lets people know the right of freedom. It’s a shame it was on Shabbat but these people would probably not have kept Shabbat any case and profaned it in a different manner. I guess if Eve did not make Adam eat the apple we would all still be naked in the streets. I hope Mr Spencer’s photo make all aware of the problems we are facing with the disappearance of the Dead Sea. I now wonder where will Mr Spencer do his next shoot.

What a disgrace,Here we are struglling to prove to the world this, our Holy Land is promised to our forefathers by G_d,only to be stained by the chosen people.What are we trying to prove? It wasn't only Israel people for that projekt. A lot of volunteers came from all over the world to save the Dead Sea. I came from Germanz.

I've been wounded by that non-event. A further example of insensitivity from that portion of Israel gone astray, disrespectful of the religious sensitivity of millions who consider that location as a holy place.

the state of nudity is a state of vulnerability. The Dead Sea is vulnerable, and unless alot is done, during my son's lifetime the dead sea will cease to exist. That is how exposed and vulnerable it is.

To think here we are fighting for your existence and all you do is expose your nakedness. Think people!
