It calls the understanding between the two parties into question. When Hamas fires into Israel after they declare a cease fire, and then immediately declares the resumption of a cease fire...there is no question but the obvious; that Hamas cannot be trusted.

wow, so basically they are going to abduct more soldiers? Sounds like a good deal for them, only 5 more soldiers abducted and they get to clean the prisons

Our legal system is a mochery now. Someone can kill and bomb and gladly surrounder waiting in jail with the ability to get a degree, free medical and d ental and wait for a while until soldier kidnap victim number "x" springs him ahead of his time. Without capitol punishment the motivation to kidnap is increased a hundredfold. Another Gilad Shalit will take his place. Releasing those without blood on the hands should be our enemies only negotiating option.
