Bomb shelters for Gazans? Let the oil-rich Arabs in the Middle East build them not that anybody would use them- Hamas & the Muslim fundamentalists in Lebanon want civilian casualty- they encourage it with promises of virgins in heaven. Look at the leader Hezbollah Nasrallah recent speech- he wants to die a martyr, hides in a hovel somewhere like a common criminal and does not mind if others die for Allah.

if Israel's sophisticated bombing led to no single terrorist hurt and resulted in the death of a civilian and more than 7 women and children, then it was certainly not a human shield case. Israel selectively bombed Muslim children and women. Blowing up residential house and murdering its owner and 7 family members is also not human shield case. And if bomb shelters are built for residents, what makes you think Hamas won't use it for themselves, or for storing weapons? They do it already at hospitals, schools, and mosques.

Gazans sources admitted Israel had a direct hit on a Hamas training center and weapons/explosives were stored there. That make collateral damage from the explosion the fault of Hamas who stores weapons ILLEGALLY in a residential area. This is a war crime...by Hamas. But the site is justified per Intl Law for attack.

You are way off the mark. What kind of depravity is it to place a terrorist training camp in a civilian area? In 2006 in Lebanon, and during Cast Lead in Gaza, Israel took great pains to avoid civilian casualties. This, despite the fact that weapons caches have been found in schools, mosques and hospitals, thereby turning them into legitimate military targets. Moreover, during Cast Lead, Israel leafletted comfortably in advance that certain areas were to come under bombardment. They also used loud hailers to urge civilians to leave the area. It is not Israel's fault that Hamas and other terrorist elements would not let civilians leave. All unnecessary civilian casualties therefore are the responsibility of Hamas, and Hamas is to blame. But I do have a question for you. As the British ran roughshod over native communities in Canada as they settled ever westward, what was the ratio in play? Was it 1 British settler to 1 native American? I suspect it was considerably higher than that, because it is estimated that tens of millions of native Canadians perished.
