Jews are subject to Israels laws. Jewish homes are demolished that have been built illegally. They have also been demolished in the settlements. But why pay attention to facts when you can make up your own, right?

You yourself challenge Sarah’s views in these posts. Others do as well. If you don’t want your views challenged, or are too cowardly to have that happen, go someplace else.
63. Hypocrisy at its worst!
Ari Ben Canaan   (01.28.12)
And what about the Jewish homes that are demolished in the name of a so-called peace process?!? When the issue at hand concerns Jews, justice is absent.
64. The anti-Israel, anti-Free World UN DECEIVES
Linda Rivera ,   New York, USA   (01.28.12)
for colonizing, totalitarian Islam. Why does the UN not protest that Israeli leaders have ALLOWED TENS of THOUSANDS of ILLEGAL Arab Muslim buildings and settlements in Jerusalem and other areas of Israel. Why does the corrupt UN not protest that Muslims have grabbed-stolen mega amounts of Jewish land inside the green line Israel; threaten Jewish farmers and steal Jewish cattle?
65. #10 a country of law?
Rita ,   TelAviv   (01.28.12)
don't overdo it Sarah- Israel is a country of law- that is why there are so many politicians accused of corruption- right? With connections and the appropriate money salve, I am sure anybody can get a building permit- unless he is Palestinian of course...

The point, dear, is that corrupt politicians in Israel are arrested and brought to account. Do you see that happening in the ersatz "Palestine" Authority? Israel is a country of laws. Your post (however unwittingly) proves this fact. Moreover, for your information, I am pretty well-connected in Israel, and my husband's family even more so. When we built our home in Saviyyon, it took over a year to get the appropriate approvals and -- unlike the ersatz "Palestinians" -- had architectural drawing, licensed contractors and subcontractors and a laundry list of other documentation required to get a building permit.

Silly you Sarah B.S. You did not answer the point made by Harmen in post 41. Re read post #41 several times so that you tiny brain can comprehend the point being made by Harmen and concentrate on the part that refers to the Israeli high court...

What I truly find offensive is the constant denying of legitimacy of the other side. 'they' are all terrorists 'they'are all terrorist offspring 'they' are not really palestinians. All 'they' care about is hate and killing of Jews. Mostly 'they' are people who want to make a decent living for themselves and their families. But I guess treating them like dirt is easier when you don't view them as human....

Saying things like that you make us feel ashamed to be Israeli or Jewish. Those are not always synonymous by the way.
71. Sarah(33)
exUK ,   Tel Aviv   (01.28.12)
Stick to the facts Sarah.Israeli government makes its intentions super clear. It doesn't want Arabs in E Jerusalem, and the ultra right settler parties are the tail wagging the dog.If you were a 3rd generation Arab in E Jerusalem or on the West Bank, you didn't choose your parents or where you were born, and you find yourselves part of an ongoing problem that you had no input in originally.Have you NO humanity left in you? Obviously not!

Hold your horses will you. Post # 31 is not written by Sarah B, but by an imposter.
73. To: No. 70
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.29.12)
Wrong! Israel has always had a dual identity. There is Israel the land -- the physical place, and Israel the people. Are you at all familiar with the Bible? After Jacob battles the angel and triumphs, G-d tells him "Because thou hast met adversity and conquered it, Jacob, thy name is Israel." Jacob -- now Israel -- goes on to be the father of the twelve tribes of Israel. Israel the land and Israel the people. The two are inextricable. Don't you know anything?

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.29.12)
Do you deny that they were the aggressors -- and the losers -- in six wars? Do you deny that they have engaged in seven decades of unrelenting terrorist attacks against Jews, both in Israel and in the Diaspora? Hard to view these people as human, don't you think? You should see how the ersatz "Palestinian" children are indoctrinated to despise Jews and Israelis in school. You should see their children's television programs. Then you might sing a different tune. Pay no attention to what is said in English largely for foreign consumption. What you need to do is read ersatz "Palestinian" newspapers in Arabic, and listen to their hate-mongering on Arab-language news channels and radio stations. The venom and sturm-und-drang rhetoric rivals anything the Nazis produced, and would curdle your blood. And what business is it of yours who I choose to like and who I choose to dislike? Mine are not knee-jerk sentiments. I know exactly why I feel the way I do. You, on the other hand, are nothing but an apologist for the ersatz "Palestinians," and you nothing about them. So shut up.
75. To: No. 68
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.29.12)
Stupid you. Can you spell "eminent domain?" Why would you think that the High Court is necessarily correct? For a long time in the United States, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Jim Crow laws. Did that make them right? There is a major segment of Israeli society that disagrees with the Israeli High Court. It remains unsettled as to whether the Israeli High Court even has a right to pronounce on the issue, because Judea and Samaria remains subject to military jurisdiction. Winner takes all; haven't you heard?
76. To: No. 71
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.29.12)
Stupid analogy. Sixth and seventh generation Jewish families were expelled from the West Bank following the War of Independence. Nearly one million Jews were expelled from their homes in Arab and Moslem lands -- where they had lived for over a thousand years. Was it their fault where they were born? The Arabs have chosen to go to war on six occasions. They have engaged in seven decades of unremitting terror. They are a vanquished people, who could have had peaceful co-existence with Israel since 1947. They chose a different path; one which has not worked out terribly well for them. But the foolishness of ersatz "Palestinian" decision-making does not change the fact that they are a vanquished people.

Thank you for pointing that out! I hadn't even noticed, and answered the post at No. 70 on its own merits (or lack thereof, actually). Of course the post at No. 31 is not mine! The imposter REALLY needs to find a hobby. Tiddlywinks comes to mind. Thank you again, Birdi. Shavua tov!

I agree with #70 exUK regarding the last two sentences of post #31, no matter who wrote them.

solomon ,   bklyn   (01.29.12)
If all they want is to make a decent living they have a very strange way of showing it. They give candies out to celebrate the deaths of others, teach their young children that killing Jews is good, want their children (those for whom they want to make a decent living) to be shaheeds, etc. Maybe there are many who want just to make a decent living. Most? No way. You are denying the reality of the other side.
81. #41 You clearly do not know international laws of war
Ricky ,   Haifa   (01.29.12)
During a war, when land is lost it is retained by the winner, it becomes part of the winner's territory. This is international law. Much as ancient Israel lost Samaria to the Assyrians and later all of Israel to the Romans, so too the Arabs lost whatever gainholds they had in 1948, 1967, 1973. Migron, Judah, Samaria, Ma'aleh Adumim, Efrat etc all are ISRAELI territory. The world has attempted to deprive Jews of existance, stealing our lands from us is merely another one of these ploys. Parts of Present day Netherlands has also been acquired by war. Do you consider this Occupied Territories too?

ACCORDING TO ''WICKIPEDIA'' FOR EXAMPLE A/THE NAME OF THE JEWISH AND HEBREW BIBLE WAS/IS ''TENACH/TANACH (WRITTEN BY MOSES/MOSJE). YOUR REACTION IN THAT CASE WAS REMARKABLE.
83. To: No. 82
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.31.12)
Predictably enough, you are completely wrong. The Torah was authored by G-d; Moshe was merely the scribe.
