An Israeli attack will lead to world isolation and embargo on Israel, while Israeli is attacked from Gaza, Sinai, Syria, Lebanon, Iran and possible Egypt. At most, Israel will delay Iranian development by 2 years. An Iranian nuke will kill at most 40000 Tel Avivians, but Israel will survive if she holds Judea and Samaria. Israel would retaliate nuclear, destroying the Iranian regime so it is unlikely they would actually attack. Think out of the box: return the Jewish population to the homeland in Judea and Samarian and wait to see what the Iranians do.
