Israel loves scapegoats, they government makes a mistake they hold an inquiry pin the blame on somebody business as usual. After Lebanon they started looking for people to blame for the draconian defense cuts which had led to the IDF not being read for a real war and 6 years later they are doing the same thing all over and when we screw up the next war we will have another inquiry. With the bombing rushing to pin blame on Iran or anybody else won't help the victims & their families an it won't increase security to stop it happening again. Stop trying to step around problems by blaming somebody else for creating them and instead look for security flaws and patch them up before problems arise.
