"The device is the least important part in an explosives field. What is more important is how the devices are placed, disguised and activated." Laughed out loud. NO- The device is THE most important part of the field. How the bomb is placed is irrelevant compared to the amount of forensic information one can get from the 'device' itself. Who would even make such a claim???

Wondering if this devise has been shipped to Gaza on Feb 17, 2011 by the first Iranian ships... it is so easy to drop this stuff passing by from Egypt to Syria

The devices are usually dismantled by a robot unless there is fear it will detonate, in which case snipers or tanks handle the matter.....?? I was thinking on the other way around.to safe some life's.
9. robots cost money
Ruth ,   Beer Sheva   (02.19.12)
smipers or tanks shoot at the device from a distance. The device explodes far from people and does not endanger human life. This is done if it looks like a robot demantling it would get blown up. Robots cost money.
10. Where are the Iranian "trademarks"
Simo ,   Helsinki, Finland   (02.19.12)
Why not show the Iranian marks? A simple picture of the texts would be enough. Seems that the problem is that IDF can't show the markings/texts, because those do not exist. Iranians are not so stupid that they would bring there clearly identifiable bombs.

What part of "Revolutionary Guards stamp" do you NOT understand? Please do keep in mind that while Farsi is written in Arabic style, it is not Arabic. Fortunately, Israel has a great many Jews fluent both in Arabic and in Farsi that can tell the difference. But why should it come as such a surprise to you, in light of the fact that Iran's financial and materiel support to Hamas and Hezbollah is well-known? I know that you are functionally illiterate and are nothing more than an uneducated hater of Jews and Israel, but I hadn't realized jus how truly dumb you are. Now I do.

Iranians. Not really sure though. To me it looks like an ugly metal water cooler bottle.

4% of US murder weapons have Israeli markings on them. What would the racists here say if a US politician proposed bombing Tel Aviv over one of them?

Note that absolutely no individual in the IDF is sourced on this. Let's exercise a little logic here. IF the Iranian Revolutionary Guard was going to smuggle explosives into Gaza, why would they be stamped as having been made by the Revolutionary Guard, when these people understand what the consequences of the capture of such weapons would be?!? The short answer is, they wouldn't! But this is precisely the kind of bovine excrement which can come back to haunt the perpetrator of such an absurd accusation, and that is why no one at the IDF wants to take responsibility for having stated this to YNET NEWS.

Contemplate the strong likelihood that the Iranians are simply not that smart. Do you remember Ahmedinejad's statement that there is no drug addiction in Iran, and that there are no homosexuals in Iran? Yes, dear, they are that stupid.

Paulb ,   Australia   (02.19.12)
we all know Israel never ever lies through its teeth, whether its unmarked planes attacking American ships or translators putting words into the mouth of an Iranian President, or the IAF arseing about with bottle rockets in no-mans land in full view of watch towers.
20. #15 - which 4%?
William ,   Israel   (02.20.12)
Are they the weapons with circumcised tips on the front? Moron! Any murder weapon in the US is usually based in criminal activity which is not related to the weapons manufacturer. Not so in this case where one country actively floods a conflict zone with weapons to aid a terrorist group with war crimes.
21. #19 - just can't stop beating a dead horse, eh?
William ,   Israel   (02.20.12)
The US absolved Israel of wrong-doing, and several Western (not Israeli) translators provided A'jad's words to the world...which just happened to be repeated numerous times afterwards by the president, who has also now admitted they fund, train, and arm Hizbullah and Hamas which has the stated goals of an Israel-free Middle East. Hmm - pretty heavy circumstantial evidence, wouldn't you agree? It's certainly got the Sunni Gulf States on alert. Next time you consider a qassam rockets as nothing more than a harmless firework, please consider the children who get harmed in Gaza when they fall short on a residential complex, which it just did recently. Love to hear your comments about Gazan terrorism being "harmless" when it harms their own. Perhaps you just consider it a crime of the Israelis for having existed this long. I find it hard to understand how such a country with a rich heritage can produce such putz like yourself.
22. Very Funny
Jed ,   Fort Worth, Texas US   (02.20.12)
Ha! Ha! Ha! Do you really think anyone trying to smuggle armaments into another country illegally would put their stamps on those weapons? That's hilarious! These weapons were planted there by someone else to make Iran look bad. You people are so gullible!
