I want to see what happened BEFORE the beginning of this video clip. The fact that the incident described occurs at 16 seconds into the clip arouses MY suspicions, if no one else's. What happened before those 16 seconds? The officer's action did not occur in a vacuum--something led up to it. Also, look closely at the "activist" from 12-13 seconds... he is saying something to the officer. I wonder what it was... BTW, anyone familiar with Route 90 knows that it's not a place you take a bicycle... unless you have a death wish.
