Eisner would be courts martialled and dismissed the service for conduct unbecoming. An officer has to set the standards of conduct and be an example to the troops. For years I have heard how badly Jews were treated in many parts of the world. In other words, "the others" should have had higher morals, and should have been more humane in their treatment of Jews. Jews themselves always tried to treat "the others" better. Example: when I came to Israel 50 years ago from South Africa, I was asked a number of times "How is it that you as a Jew agree to the way the Blacks are treated in S.A.?" In other words, we Jews have a higher code of conduct. As a result of over 40 years of lording over another people we have lost our sensativity. The morality of the Jewish People is lower than it has ever been since the establishment of the State of Israel 64 years ago.
