Israel has no intention of making peace. Their objective is to take 10% of the West Bank including the West Bank water aquifers and surround all that with a security fence. No country accepts their legal arguments but as long as they have America (thanks to AIPAC) sheltering their behavior in the UN they will continue to violate the law. Netanyahu and Lieberman will lead Israel to a path of self destruction unless the Israeli public kick them out to pasture where they belong.

You must explain your answer to the Israeli Supreme Court. In two rulings in 2005 alone they said Israel is a belligerent occupier in the West Bank and that it was not Israeli land.

Please tell me where specifically did Israel agree to financially compensate Palestinians for right of return in any proposed peace accord? It is one thing to say we don't allow you to return. It is quite another to say I took your land but refuse to compensate you for it.

Please detail where you believe the Palestinian demands are absurd. Since 1983 the UN has passed a resolution every year (by 95% of the voting members) requiring Israel to stop building settlements. Apparently the rest of the world doesn't think Palestinian demands are absurd.

Of course it is not Israeli land. That won't happen until Judea and Samaria are annexed. And no one in Israel really cares what the Israeli Supreme Court does or does not rule. Judea and Samaria fall under military jurisdiction. Once annexation comes about, the Israeli Supreme Court will have jurisdiction, but not until then -- by which time it won't make much of a difference, because once Judea and Samaria are annexed, its Arab residents will be repatriated to Jordan.
