To be honest I hate the way the army has treated him! Recently I have read on BBC the interview with one policemen which didn't interfere in some brutal case during last riots in England. Israelis need to take the long view of history and realize that they are less than 0.1% of the people on earth, which means if they make enough people angry they have no future because in very practical terms the will of the 99.9% will always be forced on the 0.1%. While it may feel good that one stupid IDF officer beat a protestor, in the end that feeling will be negated by the terrible consequences for every Israeli.
