Black clothed men , and "modest" clothed women harm the eyes of seculars , but we will not ask them to change their clothes , while charidim want us to adapt ourselve to them . There MUST be a balance , if they ask , they must give too .

Metzitzah B'Peh is required in the Talmud (Shabbos 133a) and the codes of Law (RMBM & Shulchan Aruch). There has been no good medical literature proving the infection came from the Mohel. In the few articles assuming such a connection DNA ID was not done
