There are millions of halakhically recognized Jews who have married a non-Jewish woman and are still recognized by the rabbis as Jews. People around the world are rediscovering their Jewish heritage. If they are halachially Jewish then they should be welcomed back with opened arms. If they are not halachially Jewish / Judaism cannot be proved but want to come back tot he fold, then we must make every effort to help out lost brothers and sisters come home (ie Judaism). Keep in mind that modern Judaism is very different from the original rabbinic Judaism, as Rabbinic Judaism is different than Temple-era, Torah Judaism. Due to oppression and assimilation our people have been subsumed into the larger surrounding culture around the world - why should African Jewery be any different? Why is it so har to believe that Jews could have migrated to Africa from Eretz Yisrael? Is it so much farther away than Russia? Remember that 1) we have failed to repopulate from the Shoa, and 2) Ashkanzim, at least, could benefit from an infusion of fresh blood. If they are willing to live Jewish lives and serve the State I say we could do much worse than integrating them.

Igbos (Jews) in Nigeria have poverty rate lesser than what is obtainable in Israel. Our unemployment rate is lesser than 5%, we are industrious, innovative, and generally bear one anothers burden in our communities. We don't set ourselves on fire because of frustration like what happened in Telaviv yesterday. We don't depend on government and it is a taboo to depend on charity in Igboland. We teach our people how to fish rather than giving them fish. We have land mass larger than Israel, full of untapped natural resources as Gold, Crude Oil in abundance, coal and so many precious metals. We went to segregate from Nigeria and them form alliance with Israel our blood brothers. We have already fought a bitter civil war from 1967 to 1970 and that time we declared our sovereignity and called ourselves Republic of Biafra.

Why is this a problem?! If you were to bring in a few million annexing j&s would be easy. You could offer citizenship to the Arabs (few would take it since they would know they could no longer take over via birth rate). The PR would be strong enough taking southern Lebanon and Sinai would be easy and no demographic threat. Plus a very indebted work force which could be used instead of current Arab citizens which would force them to leave. The racism is really just plan dumb.
