Judaism is threatening to other religions, because it never morphed into anything else. Think about it: how many Christian sects are ther? How many different brands of Islam? There are even major differences within the various Eastern religions! Judaism is Judaism, and -- spiritually, which is what counts, as opposed to ritual observance -- it has not wavered or changed in over 5,700 years. We are consistent, and we are not interested in anyone else's concept of religion. What Jews have works for us. That's really the crux of anti-Semitism. We haven't always been able to beat them, but we aren't in the least bit interested in joining them, either. Despite everything they've thrown at us, we have always contributed to civilization and humankind to a degree which far outstrips our numbers. Unparalledly so, in fact. Well, we still have the brain power, and now we have the muscle, too. That's why they hate us. I've never understood the constant Jewish need for introspection -- "why do they hate us?" They're the ones with the problem, not us.
