Peace should have a cost that would be determined through sincere negotiations . Otherwise it would be a dictated one and as such it would not be durable. To make peace there must be concessions from both parties.

Mubarak could have chosen peace to feed the Egyptian people. Instead, he built up the Egyptian army, raised a generation of youth to hate Israel, supported the Fatah/Hamas occupation of Gaza, Judea and Samaria. Most importantly, he tirelessely worked to take Israel's strategic weapons. He reasoned that without strategic weapons, a combined Fatah, Hamas and Egypt attack would end Israel. It is funny that he will die alone and cursed as a Zionist.
