Good news 4everyone, particularly dysfunctional and self-destructive Israel, is that after our US President Obama is reelected tomorrow, he will reveal truths as they happen 4the next 4 years & beyond. We will know who says what while doing what as it happens, whether American, Israeli, Jew, Muslim, Christian, Rabbi, European, businessman, politician, citizen, pundit, or whomever. Hence, if you really want a 2-state solution, you'll know who supports in word and deed. If you want a 1-state from Jordan2Sea solution, again you'll know the many related truths. In particular, we'll be able to follow the $money$ in the US, Israel, West Bank, Gaza, Eqypt, etc.. Americans are hurting, and they will respond accordingly in their best interests based on the transparent truths. Right now I've personally abandoned the 2-state solution cuz of decades of conscious Israel behaviors, enabled by our USA, changing the "facts -on-the-ground". You reap what you sow, eh? Transparency is Israel's and our USA's best friend, and all will benefit in the loong run!!!

I would like to add that Romney would show himself as a complete amateur on the world scene, as he already gave some clear hint. Additionally he would, by attempting to force a "two-state solution" on Israel, would endanger Israel's security much in the same way that Bush permanently endangered Israel's security vis-a-vis Gaza. And lastly, a strong and prosperous America will mean benefits for Israel, and Romney's plan will cause further economic pain and hardship for America, since it is modeled on Bush's failed ideology.

Romney is presidential and much more polished. Obama's attempts at diplomacy have failed. Most of his trips abroad included vacation destinations with minor diplomacy to justify traveling on taxpayer dime. Romney never proposed a forced "two-state solution" and he identified Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. He will treat Israel as an equal and valued ally, verses an arrogant politician interested only in a photoshoot. A strong prosperous US does benefit the US and Israel. Obama has ruined our economy. Romney can salvage what Obama has destroyed.

Even he 1/100th of the trash you're talking was true, I don't believe that Romney would sit on his blessed assurance & watch while 4 Americans are brutally murdered & 1 quite likely sodomized. Never held a job in his life, and never really finished his first term as senator. Dan Quayle and Sarah Palin had way more job experience than this stuffed shirt that is sitting in the White House. Now that Obama has won I hope Ron Ben-Yishai is right. Certainly his point about the time it would take a new President to get working on foreign policy is correct. There are however a couple of reservations to his analysis. The first is the changed nature of the Democratic Party. This was revealed at the voice vote for changing the Platform on Israel which took place at the Democratic Convention. But insiders know this well enough before. However the real reservation has to do with the overall failed Middle East policy of Obama, as for instance his unquestioning support for Erdogan.

Do you know that the Conservative prime minister of Canada that you love so much has just had an official meeting with a nutcase from Ukraine, who lacking the requisite academic degrees and training is spreading the minimization of Ukrainian nationalist forces involvement in the Holocaust? Or does that simply not matter as long as he does what you like on the issue of Israel?
