31. the idiot makes it sound like this is an election stunt
zionist forever   (11.21.12)
Assuming this is an election stunt because Bibi wants to look like a strong PM if he just sticks to talking about the current operation it sounds military. Start saying we will leave it to the next government and no ground invasion till after the election ( in 2 months time ) it really does sound like this is all politics and has nothing to do with security
32. LAMO ....Liberman , stay in your shetler plz
Salma ,   Palestine   (11.21.12)
the end of the war is not yet .
33. #2 Israel knocking Hamas' teeth out
Cynthia ,   USA   (11.21.12)
No need to send in troops when F16s are cleaning Gaza. Hamas underestimated Israel's resolve.
34. Another Lieberman lost opportunity
Frieda Gilmour ,   Beer Sheva, Israel   (11.21.12)
The Israeli's living in the South have been suffering from rocket attacks since the pullout from Gaza in 2005 - 7 YEARS, NOT ONE WEEK.

36. Politicians-out! Welcome stetesmen!
Max ,   Brooklyn,NY   (11.21.12)
"The government cannot take such a decision (invasion) two months before elections".... The citizens of Israel ( I am one of them by the way), Is he one of the leaders we deserved?! The trio of political impotents (Netanyahu, Lieberman, Barak)! Israel deserved statesmen, not politicians. Withdrawing from Gaza has nothing to do with taking brave decisions, protecting the country. Stop blaming Ariel Sharon. Unlike this Trio, Sharon was a true leader who was able to make tough decisions. He did not follow certain ideology, but was a pragmatic leader. Netanyahu, Liberman and Barak, withdrawing from Gaza left you with justified and legal excuse to destroy the enemy completely. I will not feel sorry if the Trio is not re-elected.
37. Gazan Civilians?
SG ,   Teaneck   (11.21.12)
The majority of Gazans, through the ballot box, elected to have a terrorist government. While they may still retain their "civilian" status, they are certainly accomplices to terrorists!! I feel bad for loss of innocent lives, provided they really are innocent. Or from another perspective, Palestinians have happily played the role of pawns to their kleptocratic leaders and the broader Arab world that uses the issues to distract from their own failures. Bad choice.
