At least Guy appologized realizing his mistake , and for that you have to give him a credit , but look at totally stupid reaction of Maccabi TLV management

Not only his club but also the IBA (Israeli Basket Association) has to give a severe punishment to Guy Pnini.
In team sport leagues it's well known that the players or trainers of one team try to intimidate their opponents: insults, racism, anti-Semitism,…
The same problem exists among the rival supporters.
But to stop that trend - like you see in Europe the rise of anti-Semitic, racist,… supporter choirs - you must give very severe punishments to the offenders, also here, in Israel.
Maybe, also a severe doping control can help to solve that problem. Clean sportsmen behave better or react less aggressive.

In my eyes, he is redeemed, but I am sure he needs to prove himself to the coach and teammates over time. I wish him luck, and to Maccabi many basketball victories in international games.
