Turkey is an unreliable member of NATO (demonstrated by its refusal to let US military use its bases during actions against Saddam Hussein, its turning its back on Israel---a true friend and ally, its acts of aggression against Kurds and Syria---these negate its right to speak with any credibility about international law. Did someone forget which side the Turks were on in the two world wars? (in WWI, the enemy, in WWII they hid behind "neutrality" to profit from the tragedies...)
