Historically the Netherlands and the Dutch people were good friends to the Jewish people. Sadly today it is different. What the author of the article fails to mention is that that surge in antisemitism appears mainly among the growing muslim population in Netherlands (mainly morrocans or turks) The same appears in Belgium, where according to a recent poll 50% of muslims youth declare themselves as antisemite.

Actually, the percentage of survivors in the Netherlands was closer to 33%, still terrible, but not 10% (check out web sites like Wikipedia and Jewish Virtuak Library). Also, there were many reasons for the disparity in surival rates from country to country.
