The only way to disprove this is to deal with the settlements and Palestinian State through peace negotiations. There will be no need for the State of Israel to forcefully evict all of the settlers. Some settlers will leave of their own accord once peace negotiations begin in earnest, some will leave if compensation is provided, some settlements likely will be ceded to Israel proper, some settlers may be willing and allowed to stay as Palestinian citizens, and the rest will meet the same fate as the Sinai and Gaza settlers. On the bright side, once a peace treaty is made Israel will have more international support and flexibility in dealing with terrorism than we do now.

Judea and Samaria are nonsovereign territories reacquired by Israel in the course of fighting a DEFENSIVE war against Jordan. The territories are thus Israel's to settle, retain and even annex.
