The UK has become the no. 1 anti-Israeli country outside the Muslim world. For few years now, I'm boycotting products made in Britain.

All these talkbacks reflect my exact feelings. As an expat Brit, I can only add that I am so pleased that I left the UK years ago and came to live in Israel. I am ashamed of leaders like Hague and how he let the UK go to ruin... you deserve what you have and what is to come with your Muslim buddies. I was once proud of being British, but no more... I am a proud Israeli, proud of being who we are and what we are, proud of my children and now my grandchildren who serve in the Israeli army.

Whilst we all agree that Britain's attitude to the Yishuv and to Israel has possibly one of the most embarrassing phases in British History, there is not a lot of future in making comments such as Mike from New Zealand who writes "it was not so long ago that a british King dumpes the Jews inthe solent" - which is inaccurate - it was the goodwyn sands and was actually about 800 years ago - time to forgive and forget? What should be worrying us and this is a valid point is that our level of support has probably eroded and we are fast becoming a pariah state - we may disagree with that - but we need to do somethign about it.

Hague is a friend coming with a message. He should be listened to with respect. But of course mud-slinging is always easier, as all these juvenile talkbackers prove again and again.

Go solve your own problem with Muslims in London and only then lecture others.

The British simply drew lines on a map and decided in an arbitrary manner that the territory within a particular border would form a political state - WITHOUT paying any attention whatsoever to WHO actually lives on the land, WHO owns the land and WHO has historical and legal rights to claim the land and WHO has national rights and national connections to a piece of land. When empires meddle into the affairs of tribes, ethnic groups and nation states and either steal their land, carve up their territory or force fundamentally different nations and cultures to live together within one and the same artificial political state, that usually leads to war. If the British hadn't carved up the Jewish homeland and ceded Southern Lebanon, Trans-Jordan, Golan, Gaza, Judea and Samaria and parts of Israel within the 1949 armistice lines, the whole issue of borders, demographics and territory would no longer exist. Had the UK agreed to honor the original agreement based on the two legally binding documents of the San Remo treaty signed April 1920 and the Anglo-American treaty signed 3rd of December in London UK - two treaties that give the Jewish people unquestionable, total and crystal clear legal rights to ALL of Cis-Jordan, Trans-Jordan, Golan and Southern Lebanon, NONE of these problems would exist today. And if the UK HAD kept the Arabs out of the promised Jewish homeland, these problems wouldn't exist either. Yet, the UK DELIBERATELY allowed hundreds of thousands of Arabs to illegally enter Israel/British Mandate of Palestine in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s - the so called "Palestinians" that have lived in Israel since "time immemorial". The UK can ONLY blame itself for Israel's security related issues related to borders and demographics. However, something tells me that Israel will deport the Arabs from Judea and Samaria sooner or later and annex those lands.

It is hard to understand how people such as Hague can be so blinded by the reality of what is going on in the world today. There is murder and mayhem being committed around the world by Islamists and he truly believes that Abbas and co want a 2 state solution. It is about the very existence of a Jewish state of Israel that burns the Islamists brains. The existence of anything other than Islam is what they hate. These radicals are merely being good Muslims and following the Quran. There may be peaceful and good Muslim people who just want what everyone else wants but there is nothing peaceful about the religion of Islam...fact.
