1. Isolation
Darren Ben John ,   Townsville Australia   (10.12.13)
He and his kind deserve isolation
2. "I'M NOT GOING TO LET IT HAPPEN"
MR CYNIC ,   SAFED CYNIC HOUSE   (10.12.13)
Perhaps somebody should tell the Prime Minister that talk is indeed cheap and will not solve the iranian nuclear issue.
3. everyone lnows the NYTs
JL   (10.12.13)
is a leftist rag that shills encourages and practically sides openly with anyone who opposes the west..
4. how to read the NYT
Arn ,   Yehud, Israel   (10.12.13)
Regarding the New York Times... follow these instructions: 1) remove the crossword puzzle; 2) wrap the fishheads, bones and scales with what's left and let stand an hour. 3) Carefully unwrap the paper, and 4) read about Obama in his natural environment.
5. Does Bibi have what it takes to pull the trigger?
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (10.12.13)
Somewhat doubtful, but only time will tell.
6. The NYT condemns Israel but ignores Muslim massacres!
David ,   Israel   (10.12.13)
That is what the NYT stands for. I am sure that their next building will be the "Osama bin Laden Towers"! One can only hope that Jewish stockholders in the NYT take a good look at whom they are financing! I doubt it though as the Jews of the USA have their heads in the sand or maybe uo somewhere else!
7. Do I support Natanyahu View?
Sam Sweiry ,   Eastbourne UK   (10.12.13)
after reading this article - I give the Thumb Up to Natanyahu for being so courageous to stand for what he believe - I support this visionary outlook at the reality - the distraction of the Jewish People and with it ,the distraction of the whole human civilisation - if Iran wish to take Israel off the face of the Earth - Better watch it - there is a lot of us who share Natanyahu Vision - The Western World only interested in Iran Oil - there is more than being obsessed with energy from Iran - Sooner or later fanatics Leaders who talk in the name of God - have no vision beyond the destruction of infidels in there eyes - Wake Up World - See what is in front of your eyes - Iran Leaders are no more than Religious Fanatics
8. We are not alone, NYT is alone.
michael Pielet ,   israel   (10.12.13)
NYT is an anti-semitic, anti-Israel newspaper. It can never say anything good about Israel. The Sulzberger family, formerly Jewish, covered up the holocaust in Europe. Current editorial writer, Andrew Rosenthal whose father was a Jew is a big Israel and probably Jew hater. We Jews were alone during World War 2. We Jews have a sovereign state, today, we have a powerful army, and we are not alone.
9. "trapped alone in a dark room with a flashlight"
tiki ,   belgium   (10.12.13)
Despite the changed perspective, you're still "trapped alone in a dark room with a flashlight. Netanyahu should be happy to have rid himself from ''consultants like Mitchell Barak.
10. Pandering to friends & voters is NOT a good leader
Cyberbrain ,   Israel   (10.12.13)
So the article, however unwittingly, paints Bibi as a good leader! Ain't that a revoltin' development! (snicker)
11. about the NYT...
Gad ,   Israel   (10.12.13)
The only newspaper that knows everything about the USA and nothing about Israel is trying to tell the israelis what's good for them. Well, we don't really need you to tell us who are you, and to whom you stand for.
12. "The prestigious New York paper...?"
Devorah   (10.12.13)
Hahahahaha! Are you kidding? The NYT is the biggest libturd rag on the planet. For a moment, I thought I was reading "The Onion." Thanks for the laugh!
13. Some, clearly, love to hate both the state of Israel and the
Hermon Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (10.12.13)
freely elected prime minister of this liberal democratic and sovereign nation-state of the Jewish people. Mr. Netanjahu has been elected Israel's prime minister for the third time, and it is high time critics of our country abroad learnt to appreciate it. Mr. Netanjahu has been a guardian of Israel's national and security interests, along with its economic and social ones But, of course, one has the nagging sense that precisely because Israel's prime minister has been so successful, defending Israel's national and security interests in the face of those who are eager to see Israel's very demise, that his critics abroad don't like him..., and, one suspects, the people whose nation-state Israel is...!!
14. U do know ...
Whatever   (10.12.13)
The other leader who was alone, who believed in preventive/pre-emptive wars and who strongly thought he was there for a purpose to fulfill a destiny was ... Hitler ! How did it go for him? His misjudgment brought his demise.
15. PRESTIGIOUS???
ASTRONAUT ,   SC, USA   (10.12.13)
Mr. Benhorin, The "prestigious" NY Times is good for many things: lining a bird-cage or a kitty-litter box, and for tearing into strips for packing material.
16. Why Iran needs hundreds of Nukes
javier ,   USA   (10.12.13)
What is missing is the realization that Irans nuclear infrastructure is large enough and designed to produce hundreds of nuclear missiles. Only a few of those missiles are dedicated to Israel, the rest are for the West, ie USA and Europe. Time to wake up!, Netanyahu is warning the world. USA, Europe, Israel and entire Western world need to confront Iran because Iran has big plans against the West not just Israel. So Bibi is like Chuchill, but will we all listen.
17. Bibi Y R absolutely correct! Must push the button though!
Son of Cyrus ,   UK   (10.12.13)
18. NYT is a Relic of the Past
Scott ,   Ramat Gan, Israel   (10.12.13)
Before the age of the internet, the NYT had a substantial subscriber base, but in the last 20 years it has severely dropped off & their subscriber base outside NY is very small. Why would any pay for news when they can get it for free? The NYT even charges for the online access. It's not even possible to find the NYT at most newsstands outside of NY. Netanyahu probably has more followers on FB than the NYT has subscribers. The NYC is an outdated, irrelevant relic of the past. While it once stood for respectable jornalism, it is now just a mouthpiece for the far left & the Obama admin. It is already in financial trouble & will soon go out of business unless it adapts & joins the 21st century.
19. NETANYAHU THE HAWK
H ROSEN ,   PA U S A   (10.12.13)
WHY IS NETANYAHU DESCRIBED AS HAWKISH..ISN'T IT IRAN THAT KEEPS THREATENING TO DESTRY ISRAEL...IS THAT CANARYLIIKE OR HAWKLIKE OR WHAT ??
20. Netanyahu is not the great statesman
Sarah B ,   Tel Aviv/London   (10.12.13)
he likes to portray him as. He is rigid and unable to adapt to changes on the international stage. There is no doubt that Ahmedinijad was shall we say unhinged, and I believe was the last desperate throw of the dice of those in Iran of those who want to preserve the revolution as unchanged since 1979. It appears with the support and the blood of the Iranian people, the reformers have gained a beachead and Rouhani is the current figurehead. To take advantage of this the West (who need Iran's support to get out of Afghanistan) need to act quickly to give the reformers something concrete to push back the whackjobs in Iran and to help Rouhani. We can always put the sanctions back in place. Netanyahu rigid as he is in his thinking, and wanting to preserve Iran as an existential threat so he doesn't have to face Israel's many social and economic problems just doesn't get it, and neither do his supporters. Many of whom are settlers who wish to maintain the cash cow that is the settlements.
21. #14 - Whatever
Devorah   (10.12.13)
Hey, how did it go for Begin after the bombing of Osiraq besides the usual condemnations? "On no account shall we permit an enemy to develop weapons of mass destruction against the people of Israel," said he. U do know that nothing has changed, don't you? Rather dumb of you to compare Netanyahu to h*tler.
22. Oh please
steve from raleigh   (10.12.13)
The NYT is looking around and they don't see a Jeff Bezos looking to buy them so they'll settle for Soros or al Jazeera.
23. 13
Deb Goldfarb ,   Washington, DC   (10.12.13)
Thank you for expressing my views.
24. NY Times showed both its
Sam ,   USA   (10.12.13)
slanted bias, while using shallow psycho-babel which unknowingly demonstrated Bibi's conviction and relentless pursuit which ought serve as another warning to Iran: Herzl and Churchill both achieved their goals, a State of Israel and defeat of Germany, despite great adversity and long term isolation until their enormous accomplishments that last to this day and will remain in the future.
25. #1
Harold ,   USA   (10.12.13)
This guy will be isolated forever because he has a big mouth and no one believes him any more
26. Netenyahu Alone
Adam ,   London   (10.12.13)
He's right Iran are fantastic at manipulation, they have turned on the warm water at the final mile and when they get to the nuclear finish they will turn it cold VERY VERY COLD INDEED. And then we will all suffer.
27. BB failed israel, after all the talk..
bernard ross   (10.12.13)
..he was obama lapdog leaving Israel in the cold. he is a mouth of BS. Israel did not elect obama for its PM
28. ..but will you be as great as Churchill?
DT ,   TA Israel   (10.12.13)
29. "Obsessive", NYT?
mira ,   nyc   (10.12.13)
what's obsessive is the NYT's focus on bashing Israel and its leader.
30. Mr Prime minister
Avraham. ,   Ashdod, Israel   (10.12.13)
First solve the terrible housing situation , then smash the corrupt cartels and ensure sane food prices, provide cheaper education and then you can bark about the bomb. Enough already with your dramatics.
