iran is prohibited by chapter vii unscr's from engaging in any nuclear and ballistic missile activities. iran was sanctioned for having a secret, illicit nuclear program in violation of the npt. iran has ever since continued to violate the npt and chapter vii unscr's. therefore, iran has no longer the right to enrich uranium or engage in any nuclear activity. iran must dismantle its nuclear weapons program or face the consequences of a military strike.
