I was impressed two days ago when on Ynet read the article about Amal. We should all stop our fighthings in front of children's suffering. All of us. Real Christians would be a better comparison. But anyway, the concept is backwards, as Christianity came out of ancient Israel. Jews are also taught, from the Torah point of view, not to tell the world of their good deeds, or seek approval or reward or recognition for doing what is right. I think Biblical Christians agree with this teach. How many Torah Jews or Biblical Christians are left on this planet, though?

If the author had questioned the wisdom behind aiding surrounding countries, he may have been able to make a point. Rejecting a sick child because of her grandfather is plain sick. I personally don't think it is wise to treat foreign nationals in our hospitals, each country should provide health-care to the best of their abilities. If health-care in Gaza needs to be improved that is Haniyeh's job not ours. Change policy, don't pick on the children.
