Under apartheid in South Africa the answer was "no" to each question. There is nothing in Israel proper that compares to apartheid, nothing! The West Bank does have security restrictions, but they cannot be compared in any way shape or form to the apartheid that existed in South Africa of days gone by. South Africa went from riches to rags and now has one of the worst crime rates in the world. If the PA were to ever get a State it would most likely be as badly run as South Africa is and have similar problems.

Bedouins are protected by the law and they have democratic rights and the Bedouins are as "native" to Israel as you are to Australia. They have democratic rights but those rights do not include claiming public land in the same way as you cannot invoke your Australian demoratic rights to arbitrarily claim every hilltop and valley you lay your eyes on in Australia. The only reason you interfer and the only reason they protest is because you and they don't want Jews to live in their Jewish homeland and to exercise their Jewish national rights which include independence and sovereignty. What Israel is doing is not outrageous at all and Israel hasn't "stolen" the "native" Bedouins' land since the Bedouins are de facto NO natives of Israel which history proves without a shred of doubt. The natives of Australia are the Aboriginals and the natives of Israel are the Jews.
