In the article it says that the rapes happened on school grounds. Hareidim (and "Rabbis' sons") have always separate schools for boys and girls, so it can't have been a Hareidi school. Also, Hareidi children are not allowed cellphones with cameras (or without) - they couldn't have filmed it. So; stop spreading baseless hatred against Hareidim and religious Jews - this incident has got nothing to do with them.

How many more times in rape cases will we have to hear: he's from a good family; he had a good career in the army; he's respected in his community. Isn't this in essence raping the victim yet again? In rape and sexual assault cases judge's discretion in how they sentence must be severely reduced. Comments like those by Zilberschlag make that clear: he comes from a good family, etc. Unfortunately, many judges talk like Zilberschlag. Judges must be directed by the law to give severe sentences to those guilty of sexual crimes.
