In a traditional home there is usually a mother and a father married to each other, and usually one or two sets of grandparents. A boy grows up seeing how his father and grandfather treat his mother and grandmother/s. So it’s OK to rape as long as the target is or seems older?

That’s a premature judgement, especially if there was sufficient evidence to arrest them.
