31. Great General, failed Prime Minister!
Michael Pielet ,   Israel   (01.04.14)
General Ariel Sharon, the greatest Jewish military genius, since Judah Maccabee. Unit 101, the paratroopers, the reprisal raids, the battles in Sinai, in 56, 67 and the Yom Kippur war. What a legacy, what a hero. As Prime Minister, you allowed your enemies in the left and in the media to unduly influence you. israeli security became secondary to winning a popularity contest and being friends with the United States. Weak in fighting terror, a serious recession, Gaza withdrawal, etc. Our sages tell us, "al tiftachu benadivim", do not trust in princes!
32. Legacy?
RC   (01.04.14)
A legacy of being responsible for the injury and deaths of hundreds of Jews and the creation of a terrorist state. What a man!
33. Sick article & comments - pray for him
David ,   Shiloh Israel   (01.04.14)
It would be much better to publish his Hebrew name to allow 'true caring Jews' to pray for his full recovery, regardless of his chance of survival. Meanwhile, please refrain from this sick judging of an elected PM to Israel who happens to be fighting for his life. It only lowers everyone who particpates in this media circus.

Arik Sharon's will be remembered for the 2005 Ethnic Cleansing of Jews in Gaza. Sadly, this will overshadow his many positive accomplishments.
