zionist forever   (02.05.14)
UNIFIL are useless and have achieved nothing in Lebanon. NATO have a better record but their missions are affected by foreign politics. If there is terror attacks the IDF cannot dictate to NATO what action to take so we just have to make do with what NATO is willing to do. Obama would probably make concessions to Hamas to protect NATO. What will the US government do in an election year if American soldiers are being killed to protect Israel which is capable of fighting its own battles? We cannot carry out military operations because we mustnt put NATO troops in harms way so they protect terrorists. Its also sets a dangerous precident as the solution to other conflicts like Syria. What happens when Israels left or US decide place NATO troops in the Golan so we can give it to Syria? NATO puts the lives of Israeli citizens in the hands of sell out politicians like Obama who will base security solutions on how it will affect US domestic policy.

Well, Cameron, imagine it from Israel's point of view. We'd be constantly having to pluck NATO's chestnuts out of the coals, and you'd constantly be in our way. A troop of Israeli girl scouts would acquit themselves better than NATO -- we've seen what happened in Iraq, Afghanistan and Iraq II -- and, quite frankly, we are less than impressed. Factor Kosovo and Somalia into the mix, and HALF a troop of Israeli girl scouts could acquit themselves better. Besides, we remember how the United States turned and ran like plucked chickens in Beirut. NATO would only get in our way. And do not for a single, solitary moment get seized of the idea that the presence of NATO troops would keep Israel from rolling right over them if we had to. Best stay home. The IDF doesn't want to change NATO nappies, and you don't want to embarrass yourselves any more than you did in Somalia ... Kosovo ... Iraq ... Afghanistan ... Iraq II ... Libya ... Yemen ... oh gosh, the litany of NATO disasters is quite long. Stay home You are neither needed, nor wanted, in Israel. You'd just get in our way, and we really don't want to have to push you aside. And we certainly don't want to risk any Israeli lives by having to come to your rescue, the way we did for the inept UNIFIL troops in Lebanon. Stay home, and watch your economy founder .... more entertaining than the last Super Bowl, that's for sure.

Wow, you're really on a roll here! Please stay home. We haven't forgotten Beirut or Somalia. Or the ongoing disaster which is Afghanistan. The unholy mess you left behind in Iraq. The sheer ineptitude in Libya and Yemen. The IDF has better things to do than babysit a bunch of inept Americans, or anyone else. We won't change your nappies, and the only thing that you can do is get in our way. We'd have to roll right over you, and we don't want to embarrass you; you've been humiliated enough in theatres of war since Korea. In view of the fact that the only victories the United States can claim since the Second War are Grenada and Panama, it's best you just stay home. Watch events unfold from the comfort of your living room. You're not wanted here; and, heaven knows, you're not needed.

Do you really think that the 18 year old highly paid, highly motivated, highly disciplined, 110 pound soaking wet conscripts of the IDF are more efficient than US/NATO troops? You live in a fantasy land. The facts are Iraq is a mess, yes, but who cares, Baghdad was captured in less than 30 days and Saddam was captured and hung by a rope and Iraq now couldn't even threaten itself. In Afghanistan the Taliban hides and Bin Laden was executed, however, Nasrallah of Hezbollah has open air video and live conferences and aims tens of thousands of missiles at Israeli cities and you really want to rely on the IDF to fight when they are afraid to fight Hezbollah or strike Iran that is arming Hezbollah to the teeth. Don't forget in 2006 when the Israeli air force flew more missions than in 1973 and the missiles still rained down until the last day. Also don't forget who re-supplied who during the 2006 war when the munitions ran dangerously low. Now Israel is even afraid to admit that they "occasionally" strike against Hezbollah because the "fear" of escalation against a world recognized terrorist entity. Also don't forget you can fit Gaza 1000 times in Afghanistan which is the size of Texas and add Lebanon a few hundred times as well.
