Israel had better stop believing its IDF is invincible and had better stop being stubborn and adamant about trifling matters... If the problem of the Palestinian refugees is solved as fairly as possible to the satisfaction of both the Israeli and Arab sides then there would n't be any more reason left for any Middle Eastern country to remain at war with, or hostile to Israel . Hizbullah , Syria , and Iran are at war with Israel for the sake of the Palestinians . Once the Palestinians get their legitimate rights the others would be left with no reason at all to remain enemies of Israel . Tens of thousands of Palestinian refugees still live in Lebanon and Syria , and Moslems everywhere ( including Iran ) should have a share of Jerusalem . Solving those two basic problems peacefully is surely much better than remaining in a costly state of war for almost a century...
