It is easy to assume that the person was wrongly shot. Nobody knows how fast a person whose life is at risk has to operate. Somebody has to exercise a fast and correct judgement at a split of a second. It could have been a different judgment in which the Israeli soldiers could have been shot...you never know if this fateful shot didn't actually save the soldiers' lives...
