1. Our politicians are making us more of a place of hate
exUK ,   TEL AVIV   (03.12.14)
in the eyes of the world. These hot headed self centred and self assured politicians with their own agendas are not helping Israel towards peace. We do not exist in a vacuum and, contrary to the opinions of these extremist "leaders",we will not be able to exist when all the world will hate us and lose patience. We will be blamed for all the ills in the middle east,AND all Jews of the diaspora will suffer for something over which they have no say or control..Similarly,the ordinary Arab on the West Bank has no control, finding himself as a third generation person since troubles began. His position is also hindered by his politicians. There is some connection here.
2. Herzog is a disgrace
Daniel ,   TA - IL   (03.12.14)
a spoiled little brat who never had to do a real days work and always flew on daddy's wings. Now that he does not get what he wants he start stamping his feet and basicly showing what a boorish little brat he is... way to go
3. And lapid worked very hard all his life.
And lapid   (03.12.14)
U wish.
4. The walk out'ers are not fit to be restaurant manager
Adi ,   Zurich   (03.12.14)
These people who walk out are voted to make policy. They not fit to be restaurant manager
5. A visitor came to pay respect and you walk out?
Michael ,   California, USA   (03.12.14)
How rude can you be, how uncultured? I am blushing with shame for Israel and for the voters who elected them. The voters should notice carefully who those uncivilized idiots are and not repeat their mistake next time.
6. the left & the haredi
Charles   (03.12.14)
are dangerous to democracy. reminicent of bolshevik tactics. the left dare to accuse the right wing of anti-democratic process. history repeats itself. the left should eat their dictatorial & ant-democratic words & deeds.
7. #6 Charles, the Left and Bolsheviks
Michael ,   Haifa   (03.12.14)
If the Left were truly Bolsheviks, as Charles claims, the present members of the Right-Wing Government would have been consigned to forced labour camps, years ago, and maybe Charles would be there, too
8. Boorish behavior ,like Obama's crew
rayS ,   NH,USA   (03.12.14)
Why must "Left" politicians everywhere behave in such childish ways? It wasn't always like this.
9. Separate state from religion
Haim   (03.12.14)
All haredi MKs should walk out and keep going all the way to Afghanistan. No doubt the parasites dont mind accepting British tax payers money, which they provide Israel in foreign aid every year?
10. Cameron's Knesset Visit and the walkout
ex Golani 1973   (03.12.14)
The rudeness of the MK that walked out during the visit of a Guest to the Knesset who happens to be the head of government of an important trading partner is a disgrace. Just as similar arsholes who created the conditions for war in 1973 and then screwed up the wars in Lebanon these absolute pricks need to learn manners and grace. They did not show the Israeli PM up they showed the whole of Israel and Israeli society and democracy up. Each and every one of them needs firing from their position as MK's. This level of Rudeness I have seen in religious schools here in the UK ..as a Jew and someone who holds Israeli citizenship and who has fought to protect Israel and the Jewish people from harm...I am ashamed by the behaviour of these people. Who gave them the RIGHT TO embarrass me and my nation Israel in front of the entire world… SACK the lot of them NOW!!!!!
11. Bibi's best friends!
Abraham Nachmias ,   Petach Tikva IL   (03.12.14)
Israeli opposition are Bibi's best friends! However pays attention to what they say and what they do would never vote them! That is the reason so many people voted for Lapid, searching for something better than Bibi (who is bad)! Pity it was another sad experience!
12. Respect
Dave ,   London   (03.12.14)
I am a British Israeli. Born in London and yes before the TBers start calling me a traitor I did my army service etc so calm down! In spite of the fact that I dislike Cameron who is no real friend of Israel one has to give minimal respect to the Prime Minister of a foreign country. We would all be mortified if an Israeli prime minister was treated with such disgusting behaviour in the British parliament or anywhere else. It is a disgrace and I am ashamed. We need to act with minimal manners and that is sitting down and keeping your mouth shut in such situations
13. To Michael , California, USA
Charlie   (03.12.14)
You should blush from shame a Jewish State as Bibi would like to call it acts towards its religious people as the Spanish did 100 years ago during the inquisition,
14. as the only level headed govt in the
Barney ,   USA   (03.12.14)
middle east. why don't the politicians " grow up" and act accordingly.
15. A dysfunctional political system...
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (03.12.14)
... MKs not being directly responsible to the voters/the electorate, too low threshold for entering the Knesset, no Constitution that defends Israel as a Jewish and democratic state, and no oath of loyalty required by all Israeli citizens of age - ethnic Israelis/ethnic Jews and Arabs alike, are the main reasons for this balagan and extortion policies pursued by Israel's small fringe parties who EITHER seek to paralyze decision making in the Knesset by opting out of the coalition OR small opposition parties that seek to destroy democracy by silencing the parties in power. This CANNOT go on forever and this HAS to be changed as QUICKLY as POSSIBLE. This can't go on. People like Herzog, Livni, Zoabi and others are not helping Israel - they are destroying Israel, and that's why they cannot exercise any political power of any kind. There have to be laws against treason and inappropriate behavior in the Knesset and there must be very concrete and tangible consequences for such behavior. Knesset is not the Wild West but the Wild East - forgive the pun.
16. Who voted for these idiots
Gerry ,   Zuerich   (03.12.14)
Send them back to play school.
17. repugnant behavior
Steve   (03.12.14)

18. Heheh - So much for Jewish hospitality and class ;) ,...
split ,   US   (03.12.14)
Not to mention diplomatic skills ,...
19. To nr 12 - "British Israeli" - What the heck is that?
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (03.12.14)
Forgive my curiosity, but what on earth is a "British Israeli"? What kind of strange nationality and ethnicity have you concocted? I'm asking because I was born in a European country, and I define my identity solely based on my ethnicity - not citizenship or country of birth. My identity is the same all the time whereever I am. Passports and citizenships do not change identity. "Israeli" to means Israeli ethnicity - i.e. Jewish ethnicity - not "Israeli citizenship". British refers to Englishmen, Scotsmen, Irishmen or Welshmen. Israeli can either refer directly to Israeli ethnicity -that is Jewish ethnicity (Israeli is Jewish. Differentiating them is just a matter of dishonest politically motivated hairsplitting), or Israeli can refer to Israeli citizenship which can be held by all of Israel's citizens - that is an "ethnicity - neutral" identity - something similar to "Germans" which can consist of ethnic Germans, Africans and Turks or "the Dutch" which can consist of the ethnic Dutch, Africans, Arabs, Jews and Asians. Are you saying that you religion is Jewish but your citizenship is British and Israeli, and your ethnicity is what - Mongolian or maybe Marsian? LOL! Again forgive my curiosity - I don't mean any harm. It's just that I oppose artificial and politically correct definitions and terms that lack true meaning. Anyways, noone is going to accuse you of treason - so calm down Dave. With regard to the repulsive behavior of the MKs - I agree. Maintaining a minimum level of respect and decorum when receiving foreign leaders should be universally accepted by all nations - Israel included - even Jewish/Israeli patriots and nationalists. We don't have any disagreement on that Dave. There is no contradiction between being a conservative right wing Jewish/Israeli patriot and maintaining good and respecful relations with other nations. So again Dave - no disagreement on that. I am in full 100% total and complete agreement with you on that.
20. #17

26. Shame on the behavior of MK
Rosie   (03.13.14)
What a disgrace...this is how one accepts a guest. These people are not fit to make policies and serve in the Israel Knesset or anywhere for that matter. The should be disciplined harshly.
27. Herzog is disgusting
Rozie   (03.13.14)
I am amazed to see how a disgusting traitor like Herzog behaves. He is not concerned with Israel or the people of Israel. He is only concerned about his own ego. He meets with Kerry to tell him all kinds of lies. His disgraceful behavior is based on the communist agenda. I hope in the next election he wins zero seats.
