The prima facie case is that Arabs are responsible, Bertram. Did you know, for example, that the security services offered to install closed circuit cameras in all Arab villages, and to a one, they refused? Did you know that Israeli police forces have been monitoring access roads to Arab villages and have yet to come up with a single non-Arab registered vehicle entering those villages? No pedestrian traffic or cars loitering suspiciously near villages. I suspect that you do not have a clue as to how much considerable effort Israel has put into determining who is responsible for these acts of vandalism. All evidence points to a prima facie case against Arab agents provocateurs. I am certain that the upper echelons of the Israeli government are well aware of this, and are either pulling out the string to embarrass the Arabs further, or quietly urging Arab leaders to put a stop to it, lest Israel go public in a very public international way guaranteed to humiliate the "Palestinians." Frankly, that is the course that should be taken but, in all fairness, I do not care about the "Palestinians'" sensibilities. People who sell their children to be suicide bombers and write poetry glorifying the two terrorists who murdered five members of the Fogel family, pass out sweets on such horrific occasions as September 11, 2001, have no problem killing and maiming innocent civilians in suicide bombings, et cetera, et cetera ad nauseum do not have "sensibilities" that normal human beings can understand. I'm not just right in theory, Bertram, I am correct in fact. And may I respectfully suggest that you adhere to a very famous Blackstone dictum: When you have examined all the plausible evidence and found it unsustainable, then what remains, no matter how implausible, are the facts. The "Palestinians" are guilty of all this nonsense. At a minimum, the loudest protesters among them should be tried for obstruction of justice. It carries a prison term. They should also be forced to recompense the State of Israel for the thousands of man-hours and millions of sheqels spent on this latest desperate ploy by the "Palestinians" to remain on the front pages of the world's press.
32. Hate crime

Jews have no justification for committing hate crimes and strong action is needed. But, why has no one in Israel got the guts to take on the PA on this very issue. Why has Israel not taken the PA to the ICC ??
