Fatah is about to have even more money woes than they had before, because they linked up with an organization that is viewed by many (all of them present sources of "Palestinian" income) as a terrorist organization. That they will lose United States and Canadian funding is a certainty. That they will lose funding from the European Union is a virtual certainty. Whatever funding they may receive will be liened by the State of Israel because of the billions of shekels in unpaid utility bills. Israel can put the squeeze on a little tighter, too -- cut the number of work permits enabling West Bank "Palestinians" to work in Israel. Abbas is fond of threatening Israel -- idle threats; there's really not much he can do to harm Israel without really harming himself, including signing a whole host of international conventions, a few of which will likely become highly problematic the very first time a mortar or a missile is fired into Israel from Gaza. And we do know that is coming. And the United Nations, by charter, will be forced to either remove "observer" status or severely sanction the "Palestine" Authority. I think the game-playing has gone on long enough. I also know that a great many Israelis are tired of playing childish games with Abbas. It's time to pull the string on the "Palestine" Authority -- annex Judea and Samaria; repatriate whichever of its residents wish to go to Jordan and send the rest to Gaza where they can build their nightmare "state." Abbas acted unilaterally. Well, guess what? So can Israel.

Have not the lessons of history in the past centuries convinced them that they worship a god who is always missing in action?
