31. Israel must remember how to win at warfare
Steve   (06.04.14)
Save the unnecessary theatrics. as many have stated the world already knows Hamas' position re: Israel and Jews. Save your posturing and and prepare to get Israel onto a war footing. I am fearful that a serious military conflict looms large in Israel's future and the IDF and IAF should train like there is no tomorrow, for there may not be.
32. We need more than a little wisdom

What Yemini and Netanyahu propose to do with Hamas and Palestinians?
33. 22, Gaza ghetto created by ethnic cleansing, a war crime

"The Gaza Strip is home to a population of more than 1.5 million people, including 1.2 million Palestine refugees." -UNRWA
34. #26 Chaim - wrong again
Samuel ,   Melbourne   (06.05.14)
Palestinians expressed their right to statehood pre-1967 over MORE than the West Bank. They wanted a state in the whole of Palestine (Israel proper and the occupied territories) This is why they refused partition more than once. Annexing the West Bank is a terrible idea. The Palestinians want more autonomy and not less. You might like the idea in theory, but it would never be agreed to. A two state solution will be implemented, as long as people bother to learn and understand the conflict. Which many unfortunately do not because they are blinded by their ideology. Forget what one American journalist said, and forget what you say. It is the will of both the people, and the political parties that there will be two states for two people.
35. #34. Only leftist Jewish fools want 2 State Final Solution.
Chaim ,   Israel   (06.05.14)
#34. "Palestinian" leaders have made it clear, many times, they see the 2 State Final Solution as a prelude to Israel's demise. The BDS Jew hating racist crowd agrees with "Palestinians". No surprise. Unbiased polls show most Israelis oppose to further Israeli concessions in Judea and Samaria. Only Jewish leftist fools want the abominable 2 State Final Solution. These are the same idiots who urged Israel to cede Golan about a year ago!! Fictional Palestine couldn't fly when there were virtually no Jews in Judea and Samaria. Even moderately sensible people know it is dead.
36. #34
Erudite ,   Australia   (06.06.14)
Yes Samuel.... Just like Australia's Aborigines who wanted their own land "2 states for 2 people"
37. #35 You would be lucky to find...
Samuel ,   Melbourne   (06.07.14)
...any recent poll in which a minority of Jewish Israelis support a one-state solution and oppose a two-state solution. Bibi says that he wants to see a demilitarised Palestinian state alongside a Jewish state, I'm not so sure that he is a 'Jewish leftist fool'. The occupation cannot last forever, Chaim, nor can Israel maintain favour with the international community forever. Something has to change, and I can't see the Palestinians giving up their dream for self determination any time soon.
38. #36 Erudite, your analogy is unfounded
Samuel ,   Melbourne   (06.07.14)
Both sides in the Israel-Palestine conflict want their own state. There is no mainstream voice among Australian Aborigines to be separate from 'the white man'. Further, two states in Palestine is what the international community decided upon in 1947. It is not simply my opinion as an Australian. There is no Australian-Aborigine conflict, we can live here side-by-side in harmony. So it was a failed analogy.
